All my gains have come from BTC, SO, SD, OTS. I do all four in my routine and my flacid gains are from ADS that I use.


Starting Stats 7/15/05 -- Flaccid L 3.375"x Flaccid G 2.125", BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750"

Stats as of 11/17/07-- Flaccid L 6.000"x Flaccid G 5.6875", BPEL 8.000" x EG 6.125"

In another post of you I read that you’ve gained 2 inch. Was that since your starting date? (jul 2005)

How was your hanging routine? I am trying to get some overall picture by asking many questions about hanging.

My Routine

Yes, July I started all this PE exercise. I did the Newbie routine for three months before I started my hanging routine.

My routine starts like this,

After warming up the pubic area I do 15 minutes of Jelqing then 5 minutes of stretches then I go into my hanging. I start out with 3-20 min sets of 15 lbs, after I relax for 5 minutes then go into my next set. I bump up the weight to 20 lbs and do 3-10 min sets with this weight then back to another 5 minute rest period. My next 2-10 min sets are with 25 lbs. All the sets that I do are either SD, SO, BTC and OTS. Also I use ADS of 2.0 lbs durring my sleep time.

This is about what I do durring a days work out.

Stats: July 2005 BPEL 5.250
EG 4.00

Dec 2005 BPEL 7.250
EG 5.825

Future goal BPEL 9.00 EG 6.00

You might hold the record for the fastest gain of 2” in length in just 3 months of hanging.

Sounds very impressive. I believe that the gains he has made is due to the ADS during sleep, think about it, when your asleep you repair, if this could be done on a regular basis then I can see accelerated gains happening. Great going, also interesting weight for hanging, I am inclined to agree with that kind of approach although just started hanging myself, getting a good ADS is the key I feel. CClark, are you using montys or golf weights? in other words what ADS are you using.

To answer the topic question flaccid gains already from hanging straight down and straight out with approx 20 pounds in 2 weeks, hopefully some good erect growth to come, haven’t tried the ots myself.

Golf Weights

Hi,

To everyone that is asking about the weights that I use during my sleep time. I think that most of you are to young to try wearing an ADS all night. The only reason that I say this because the 6 Golf Weights might cut off the cirrulation because of having a erection durring your sleep. Being in my mid Sixties I’m not bothered by this at night.

So let me get this straight. You’ve gained 2” in 5 months and you wear 6 golf rings all night.

Please, will some one get a fan in the window the smoke is getting thick in here.

Don’t wear anything on your dick while you sleep and if your getting 2” of length in 5 months you need to share what kind of meat tenderizer your using.
