Zen hanging systems

I’ve been using one for about 8 months.
I gained from using it.
Unlike other products, it can be a little difficult to get used to. My unit bends to the left, so I found profound pinching on my left side as it stretched the skin there.
Regardless, I find myself using it only 20 minutes in the morning and at night. I’m also clamp and jelq daily.
My goal is to get to 8” and I’m almost there, but I don’t want to lose my girth, hence the clamping.

No complaints, I’m now in the big dick club, not enormous, but big.

There are safer hanging systems out there than a noose.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

When your hanging using the noose hanger doesn’t it slide ?

I think the noose is ok for smaller weight amounts, and then also for shorter time periods. I personally don’t like the noose style: I tried for over a month to get used to it. It just wasn’t practical for my style.

With that said, I think there could be a place for one in your bag tricks. Switch it up every now and then for short light hang. I have put mine on for a light hang in the shower for 20 min: from time to time. Why not right, I have one.

I treat my PE work like the gym, I hit my time goals for the week no matter what. But I switch things up a lot.

With the advent of the much more comfortable vac cup systems available… I am a bit surprised choker systems are still out there.

Be careful with the choker system and don’t let your sets go over 15-20 min before restoring circulation for 5-10 min.

I started using it in October and bought the 6.5 lb system and it works. I agree with Raptor that the noose is ok for lighter weights — in my opinion about up to the 6.5 lb. Once you get above that — I’m up to 9.5 lb — you need a better hanger, so I got one of Bibs which works well. I’ve gained with it. In fact, I believe it got me off a plateau — stuck at 7.75(BPEL) for several months. I ordered a clamp and silicone wraps at the same time, like them both and work them into my routine that includes manual (warm up and warm down), pump, hanging and clamping — but not all on the same day.

I’m new to hanging and clamping and followed the hanging and clamping 101 threads pretty much. Zen also has some good routines on it’s site and I kind of followed that, too, starting at 2 lb and moving it up a half pound at a time. At first, I upped the weight every week but once I got to 5 lb, I’ve slowed the weight of increase because of feedback. Hope that helps.
