A Newbie in need of penis pump advice

Maybe the 1.75 is a good compromise. A 2.5 is too large for your girth.

Well, the 1.75 pump came today and it was too small. I got to about 4hg and my erect penis was tightly squeezed, in pain. Maybe the 2.5 size actually IS a good size. Like I said, I attempted to measure my penis and did the best I could, not a 100% success. The pump has been successfully pumping (and only occasionally air gets out) all the way and the other night I think my girlfriend noticed a change in my size during sex because she seemed to feel heightened pleasure like never before.

The website responded to my email saying “If the erected penis can fit inside the cylinder, it is a correct size. However, some may leave more room to grow and can get a larger size in the future. Penis pumping can be intense and painful but it is up to the number of vacuum you pump in.”

So, is it a good size and I just need to pump more gently or should I get a slightly bigger one?

Just pump more gentle go from 3hg for 3min let your unit get use to it then go to about 3 1/2 hg for about 3min and try to wrap a heating pad around the cylinder while your plumping to help your unit with expansion. The after your done massage your unit to help with circulation.

Agree with what b-balls said. Also the company is correct.

Pump more gently.

Pump at a lower pressure. 2.5 maybe. Maybe even 1.5hg to 2.0hg.

No one told you to start at 4.0hg. I personally recommended you start at 3.0hg or LESS. You would need to be fully conditioned for that kind of pressure (4hg).

By the way, If you are 4.5” girth as you told us there is honestly no way a 1.75” cylinder is “too small” for you.

I started at 4.5” girth and my 1.75” cylinder still works for me even though I have grown.

You’re right, it is not too small, I just need to get used to it and remember the limit I should stop at. I only went to 4hg because I wasn’t fully erect yet. Can I pump until erect and then release just enough pressure down to recommended number? And again, I estimated my girth size, I couldn’t get an exact measurement

Personally I like to go into the cylinder as hard as I can.

I tried flaccid pumping way back when I started but to me it really hurt and felt really weird. I wonder if that was what was going on with you?

Like you I have ED so what I try to do is work up the best erection I can before i go in. If I need to (and I often do) I will put on a stretchy cock-ring, work up the best erection I can with the cock-ring on, and then remove the cock-ring right before I slide into the cylinder.

Then when I am done pumping I slip the cock ring back on. They are stretchy enough that I can pull them over the cylinder so I put it on (full package) before I even pull the cylinder off.

For what it is worth I really like these cock-rings from amazon:

If you want to do flaccid pumping I believe I have heard the best way to do that is start at a very very low pressure, and then add more pressure slowly/gradually as your cock starts to fill w more blood.

By the way it is perfectly fine to go softer while you are pumping.

Soft when I exit pump

I’ll try going in hard next time but I like getting hard from using the pump. I try to use C-rings but I struggle to get them to the base of my penis and basically never succeed

Tell me the problem about getting them to the base. Is is because of the CP?

What I do is put two fingers from each hand inside the cock-ring and stretch it out wide. Then i put it around both my cock and balls (i.e. “full package”)

I wonder if your GF would help if need be? That could actually be pretty hot.

Yes, I can not use my right hand’s fingers well enough to assist, all I can do is put several of my left hand’s fingers in the middle of the ring and stretch them to expand the width.

Ok that makes sense. I am adding an illustration to show how I do it.

Also an illustration of one hand, so you can see how stretchy the oxball ringers are.

Let me think more about this. I also have a smaller tighter cock ring that works pretty well, isn’t as thick as the Oxballs so might be easier to manage/stretch.

Looks good but the 2nd image is what I can’t do and the third is what I do my best to succeed with. Honestly I don’t really feel like it’s worth the frustration. Since the pumping seems to be helping I’m fine without it.

I’d say experiment with it and check your PI’s to see whether or not you overdid it:

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

I’m assuming pumping in the morning is best, right? Or does it not matter?
