If I were you, I would choose a professional penis pump. Your link represents a "basic pump", which you can find in any sexy shop, like a toy. For the best result, there are other quality professional pumps and cylinders, and if their shipping costs are different, they may be worth considering:

One more question though. What’s the difference between the “basic pump” and these others you listed? What can one do the other can’t?

With “basic pump” I mean only a sexy shop toy, something that you can use sometimes to enjoy yourself. But if you want to get result in your unit, you must consider pumping like an exercise of your personal PE routine. Moreover, in a sexy shop you can’t choose your personal cilinder size, and pumps are generally builded bad and this can bring about pains to your penis at the end (I mean about materials, design, gauge, pressure control, ecc.). In professional penis pump sites you can choose your personal model, designed for your penis size, and with a nice tool you can pumping your penis safety, always with moderation.

The one you linked to is likely to break by the end of the week if it even worked to start with. Buy the pieces separitly and you will save some $. Get a quality pump from a place like Harbor Freight as a break kit. Get the cylinder from one of the places that jimmy linked to. The metal pump will last and last while a plastic one will break in no time. As for the cylinder yu really do need one that is comfortable.

I would strongly suggest reading up on stuff in the pumping forum.

This is the rule of thumb when buying cylinders. Do not buy any cylinder that comes with a rubber sleeve on the base like the one in your amazon search. The rubber seal will fail very quickly and the cylinder is very thin wall, in other words cheap cheap cheap.
