Buying Pump from Paris

I am in Paris for a short vacation and would like to buy a pump to use to improve erection due to affect from using medicine for blood pressure and diabetic. Can I have advise where to find and what brands I should select from. Quick response would be highly appreciated as I will be leaving paris in 6 days time.
