Judging by your join date, you’ve only been doing this for a short while. I’d stick with the newbee routine, for now. However, to answer the spirit of your question, once you’ve done the newbee routine for a while and your penis is conditioned for PE, you can add pumping to your routine without hurting length gains. If you read around, a lot of guys that PE for length also pump so that their penis doesn’t get skinnier as they stretch it. Just remember that if your goal is length, focus mainly on length exercises for the bulk of your routine. And, one other thing, don’t over do it on the pressure or the time when you are pumping. Keep an eye on your penis so you don’t cause injury.
