Just started out myself currently only using the bathmate and some stretching exercises. My routine started off with 3sets 5min each with no erection. Noticed my penis was slightly thicker but not by much and the effect wouldn’t last very long I wasn’t doing a warm up or warm down I know now that’s not a good idea didn’t feel very much pressure with no hard on. After about 3days decided to see if I can go in with about 50% erection same routine and noticed slightly better girth that would stay around longer . This got me excited and decided to go in fully erect same routine this was a bad idea no warm up or warm down and penis wasn’t ready for that and I managed to bruise some veins or nerves on my shaft and more noticeable pain on my pelvic area like a pinched nerve . Didn’t notice damage to the following day but that night right after, I had sex with the wife and she noticed that it was different and she finished in half the time it normally takes her. She said she could feel all the veins and it felt hotter and pulsing, throbbing and more of a stretch in her I noticed a tighter good feeling as well. Next day of course in the morning noticed the pain and saw dark little bruise and decided to let it heal took about 3days but I waited 5 before using it again this time with a 5min warm up and reduce time in the routine 3sets of 2 minutes full erection worked well no pain next day added a minute no pain and so on till right now routine 3sets of 5min full erection about a minute rub down before going back in after each set I feel sore the morning a good sore and my flaccid state is much Fuller throughout the day after about 3days I need a day off so that the soreness doesn’t become pain and I don’t bruise again.
