Cylinder size option

Cylinder size option

First my pumping goal is just to increase flaccid hang, and have improved erections. I have already gained as much erect size as I want. If I add more erect size it’s OK, but not a goal.

My girth is around 6 inches, depending on how hard my 64 year old erections are it can be as much as 6.25 inches. This is only at the base. I presently have a 2 inch LA cylinder, and I pack the bottom 1/4 to maybe 1/3.

I am having a problem when I start to pump with what a suspect is a versiculos testicle. Testicular Varicose Veins - Facts, Causes, Effects, Treatments

I never knew this condition existed until now. It is usually the left testicle, and I can feel a clump above that testicle that I can’t feel above the other testicle. This isn’t new, so I don’t think it is cancer or anything, but is has been a problem because when I start to pump that clump wants to go into the tube. It’s not a testicle problem, it’s above the testicle, and only on the left side. Once I get the tube packed at the bottom there isn’t a problem, but it is just the time prior to filling the tube that is difficult, it can be extremely painful and sometimes I end up so sore I can’t pump again for a few days.

It seems like if I went with the 1.75 inch tube I wouldn’t suck in the varicose-veins, but I would probably pack the entire tube, but if flaccid hang and better erections were my goal, maybe this would work for me. Also, LA has a silicone pad that I thought may help, and I could just put that on my 2 inch cylinder.

I have only been pumping a few months, so I would really appreciate any advice from you long timers.

I’m not that experienced a pumper, but do have a 2” tube and 6” base girth, and I doubt you could fit into a 1.75” tube, unless you went in flaccid, and then I wonder about getting back out.

Don’t buy a 1.75” tube as it will only accommodate a girth of 5.5” and you won’t fit.

I am guessing you go into the tube flaccid. My recommendation is to always enter the tube erect and I think that would solve your problem.

If getting erect is an issue, have you ever considered Viagra or Cialis or less expensive generic sildenafil or tadalafil?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Too funny.

Try explaining that one.

Yes, I already came to the conclusion the 1.75 wasn’t gonna work. I ordered the pad from LA. It seems like it is more a thing of the flange pushing on the versiculos testicle. When I add vacuum the sensitive spot is pulled under the flange, and it causes extreme pain. A smaller flange may avoid this, or I am hoping adding the pad will result in less direct pressure.

Once I fill the bottom of the tube the pains stops and everything is fine, except I will be sore in that spot for a day or two. The entire tube going to the testicle becomes sore, not just where the pressure was. Kind of takes the fun out of it.

I looked at some other posts involving cylinder size, and some pumpers experienced pain from tubes that were too small, and I suspect this would have been the case here.

Your post made me more confident in doing the right thing by not getting the 1.75. It probably would just have been a useless piece of junk. I’ll let you know how the pad works out.

You are correct. If I go in erect it isn’t as much of an issue. I think we have discussed being erect before, and you posted a site to get generic tadalafil. If I just pump every day and a half, I can usually get erect to some degree, and if as you advised in other posts; I don’t lube the scrotum it helps also.

I wanted to tell you my new schedule, as we had discussed how often to pump. I am now doing every day and a half. For instance, I will do Sunday morning, then Monday night. I will skip Tuesday, do Wednesday morning, and Thursday night, etc. Now typically something will happen to throw me off the pattern, but that is fine because I still end up pumping 4 times a week. When I was doing it everyday I was over doing it, but this day and a half thing seems to be working out well.

I do think I have what is called a “versiculos testicle”, and that makes pumping a little more difficult. I haven’t been diagnosed by a doctor, but it sure seems like it may be the case. It is usually the left nut, and I can feel the clump of veins going to the testicle. This nut has got sore from time to time as long as I can remember, and pumping seems to be bothering it. There may be others with a “versiculos testicle” on the site as it is fairly common. Anyhow, I bought a silicone pad from LA pump, and I think it will help. I made a pad, for now, out of a piece of camping mat, and taped it in place, and along with your other advice it has made the tube much more comfortable. Versiculos testicle is something pumpers need to be aware of.

Thanks gprent. You are greatly appreciated.
