Does pumping actually contribute to growth?
So as my PE journey continues I’ve come to a point where I’m questioning my methods.
I started with only pumping to get an erection, not for PE, then saw the difference and felt the difference when all pumped up. She likes the results too so I still pump even though I have cialis now.
I’m 2 months into PE now. My wife has been supportive and is taking some part in it with erection help when needed.
I added jelqing then added stretching.
Now I do this
Stretch x 10 30 second sets.
Fowfer x 5 minutes.
Jelq x 200…sometimes flaccid she’s not available to help with erections - erect when she’s home to help out. This is just something I cannot manage on my own.
Pump x 20 minutes

Tight cockring for 20 - 40 minutes to keep the pumped size as long as possible in hopes of some stretching.
In two months I have gained some.
Soon, I’ll be replacing the cockring session with a clamping session. Until I can get real clamps I’ll just be using the cockring tight with sex without orgasm to get some kind of clamping benefit.
I don’t really care for pumping because it’s uncomforatable. However, if it contributes to gains I’ll continue to do it because in truth, I don’t enjoy any part of PE except the results and the “working together” on this project with my wife. If it doesn’t actually contribute to real permanent gains I’ll stop except for before sex. I do like being bigger when we have sex.
I must brag just a little, today I was almost big enough even without pumping. One thing that we sometimes do that really drives her wild - today she said, “it’s too big, we can’t do that.” Yaay, I’ve got to get a smaller shim - this is an improvement.
OK, the hijack of my own thread is now over. I’m taking it back on topic. Does the pumping actually help with real permanent gains or is it best left as a sexual aid and stick with the manual exercises?
