1.) Stealthwear
2.) AutoXsleeve
3.) ABSilicone

I could be missing some major ones but I’m open to suggestions. The ABSilicone looked appealing but strength wise unsure and obviously most pumping lube is petroleum based which for anything silicone based is never good. I know it’s enforced with a steel hammer about going off topic to the thread but I feel it’s pretty common ground to dynamic pumping.

Any questions fire away. PE members helping each other out is what this is all about.

I have been using the ABSilicone sleeve, which is very soft which makes it ideal for pumping as it hardly restricts expansion in the cylinder, Its drawback is also its softness as it makes it fairly fragile and easily torn by finger nails etc. I suspect most other sleeves are not suitable if they are made from firmer silicone which restricts expansion under vacuum thus defeating purpose of pumping.

The best solution would be to make our own if we could source the right silicone compound.

If I may chime in here … I have tried dragon skin which is great if you wanna have to make new sleeves regularly they’ re more flexible than absilicone’s but don’t have the durability
the process is not unlike making wine or homebrewing, the initial cost is there ie, molds,a usable vacuum source for pulling the liquid into the mold and of course time to do it. .. but then pays dividends in if ya rip one another is cheap and easy to make

Instead of paying $20 plus Shipping and waiting a week for a new one. This is a great option if one has the proper abilities to fabricate and has a ingenuity

Thanks That is interesting. I would have thought the dragonskin (going by the name) would be tougher. Did you use a similar wall thickness to ABSilicone?

Thanks for the information! Very helpful and will look into this. Do they have a website?

So I ordered me a ctc digital pump. My pumping experience is mostly from bathmate at max pressure, or even beyond its max pressure using a wine pump mod. Stupid I know. I would normally do 3 sets of 5 or just 15 -20 minutes straight. Since I am somewhat condition what would be a good max pressure and time to start on with dynamic pumping?

The tried and true method of starting low 3-5hg and a relatively low tempo would be a safe bet. Everything we do should be weighed heavily on how it feels and reacts to stimulus. Especially if you are already conditioned.

Congratulations on your purchase - besides the noise and size for traveling I’ve heard nothing but positive reviews.

Got some questions regarding dynamic pumping with a hand pump.

Cycle length:
What I currently do; 10 seconds at top pressure, bleeding down to baseline pressure, 20 seconds at baseline pressure, repeat for ten minutes. Remove cylinder for reasons. (Edema, possible donut, other undesirable effects.) Repeat until done, or previously stated effects manifest.

Time spent from baseline pressure to elevated pressure?
Personally, I’ve found it easier to just do a quick pump to get to the elevated pressure. Is there a concern with increased wear and tear from constantly doing small pumps with approx .5-1” Hg pressure increases per pump. Any experience suggesting one is better than the other? I go from 5” Hg to 10” Hg.

Time spent at elevated pressure?
This isn’t specifically related to a hand pump.
In my own sessions, I’ve spent ten seconds, counted from when I start increasing pressure. Since I do a single quick pump, I basically get the full ten seconds at the top. If someone were to do a series of small pumps to get to top pressure, I’d guess counting from when you reach maximum pressure would be preferable. Someone mentioned something about this earlier in the thread, where their conclusion was that they found no difference in 1-2 second intervals and 5-10 second intervals.

Time spent returning to baseline pressure?
This can be difficult to get a consistent effect with a hand pump, sometimes you’re able to bleed down slowly to baseline, sometimes it falls below baseline. I’d guess lowering pressure at a constant rate would be better, since it’s not such a shocking experience compared to the quick tug and drop.

Time spent at baseline pressure before ascending again?
Is it really needed at 10 second peak intervals? Any ratio of elevated / baseline pressure? I’ve been using 10s : 20s
At which point could they become useful?
Some specific pressure, time under elevated pressure perhaps?
Meaning someone could spend the entire time in the cylinder bouncing between baseline and elevated pressure. If someone were to do this, what would the pros/cons be. Compared to staying at baseline, or doing some form of dynamic pumping.

You raise some interesting questions which I do not know all the answers to.

I pump dynamically currently in the range 3 - 16” Hg using a Mr Fantastic water pump.

I suspect a gradual vacuum build up followed by a gradual decline is probably best. Am pretty sure an elongated period at the max pressure is probably bad and could lead to injury. Also suspect a rapid build up or decline is counter productive as it could lead to tissue toughening (from what I learnt from Rootsnatty in one of his posts) as it involves elastic rather than inelastic stretching. As to specifics I do not have a clue but try to make my cycles last at least 2 minutes.

Made the purchase a few days ago for the Stallion stretcher and cushion set. Will post feedback once they have arrived. I plan on using them specifically for post pumping - defending against the mighty turtle. They could be possibly used while sleeping but we shall see time will tell on this one.

Recent PE injury has halted any progress I’ve made with using the Pulsar but will continue to give updates once I’m back in business which should be within 10 days. I’ve also purchased a new custom cylinder which is very much specific to my current size and potential growth. The previous cylinder was great but was simply too big and ultimately played a part in my injury.

As already mentioned your base girth should be very close to the maximum size of the cylinder to avoid constant headaches dealing with maintaining a proper seal and not attacking your testicles.

Your main program for growth has a function which maintains an erection the entire time? If they don’t hurry up and come out with the new qs-7 I will look for a used one or do the pulsar.

If you live in the states your saving a significant amount ordering a Pulsar avoiding international fees which I had deal with. The cost though was worth it 100% in my opinion; very happy with the quality of the product. Since this injury I can say confidently that spending a little bit more money for a custom cylinder specific to the needs of the user is more important than which electrical pump system you decide to use.

Have you considered looking into the Mr fantastic electric pump systems? I’m just browsing the website now and they look promising.

Go for

With regards to the stallion cushions they are great, and I have done as you have as you are thinking wearing them all night wearing the lightest “E” cushion.

If you pump everyday like I was doing for awhile and wear the ring at night, the expansion is amazing and there is some fluid buildup. However getting woke up a couple times a night with a huge painful erection… wore out its welcome for me

As far as discoloration or any effect on EQ I noticed nothing negative over a span of a couple months

I have. But wanted more control and programmability. Plus very few pump systems can cycle at a rate to maintain an actual erection in the tube. This was crucial for me because I fluff up before sex. So with the pulsar or qs7 I can achieve a maximally sized pumped cock, with as little fluid retention as possible.
