Dynamic pumping resource and discussion.

New tube arrived just before Christmas and it is fantastic. It’s a custom sized cylinder from pump toys. Very refreshing not to get over zealous with tube sizing as this one is only 8 inches in length but it’s a great bridge to fitting my other two 9 inch tubes.

Kept my workout today to a 25 minute maximum and also lowered the high end pressure which eliminated edema issues I experienced in the past.

The Pulsar is unique as the workouts are pre set but this is the routine I followed today:

1.) Warm up mode - 5 min
2.) Stretch mode - 5 min
3.) Workout - 10 min
4.) Maximum - 5 min

Cool down jelqs 25 reps

Privacy is a huge challenge in my place as I have a roommate but this is the best I can do for now.

reached almost 7.75 inches in the tube today but I’m more focused on safety now with the blister injury.

I have been doing this and have noticed huge gains from something fairly similar.

I first warm up and do my manual stretching. I use alot of pressure here. And alot of heat.

Then after that I jelq myself to a full erection and go into the tube. I go straight to 5 hg and stay there for my first 10 min set. I then do a little more jelqing and then enter the tube again at which time I jump to 5hg again. And stay there for a min jump to 7 for a min back to 5hg then to 10 hg then to 5 hg all the way to 15hg. These are 1 min interval’s. I also have went 5hg for 4 min then went 15hg for a couple then back down to finish off my set. I only do 10 min sets in order to keep my fluid build up at a minimum.

With manual stretching and pumping both with heat I have made good gains. I put a tape mark on my tube for a starting point. Now my head is above the tape where the tip used to be. So length gains are able to be made with pumping if you stretch well before. At least that’s my opinion.

You’re on the right track slowex98!

I just received my DP4000 digital pump. I have only done one session but my post workout expansion was .4”. Here are my session details:

30 minute session with heat
Min vacuum was 2.8” hg for 3 seconds
Max vacuum was 5” hg for 3 seconds
Cycle time is fairly quick, about 3 seconds

Compared to my regular hand pump session of 2-3 sets of 10 minutes at 3-4”hg, it was fantastic. Expansion with this routine was only .1”-.2”.

Not very much fluid buildup, and the best part was the greatly improved circulation. I maintained a very healthy pink color.

I will report back here with any progress/ updates.

>Max vacuum was 5” hg for 3 seconds

I have thought a longer cycle time ( say 1 to 2 mins) was better for growth based on what Rootsnatty ( a long departed contributor suggested in one of his posts. His argument was that very short cycle stretching was essentially elastic and that elastic stretching was more likely to cause tunica toughening rather than growth. Now I am not so sure. I do water pumping using a Mr Fantastic water pump and rely on warm hater for heat. I use a wider range of vacuum (3” to 12” Hg) but noticed if I extend the cycle time too much I was more likely to get a blister. One thing I do notice is that I get most of my expansion early into the session regardless of the cycle time. I also suspect shorter cycle time improves EQ in the cylinder which should be beneficial.

What do others think about cycle time?

I have limited fluid build up by using a silicone pumping sleeve but found more fluid build up with water pumping but this also involved longer session times (60 mions vs 30 mins for air pumping). I agree dynamic pumping is great for circulation and EQ which is the initial reason I took it up.

I’m not using my dynamic pump at the minute but I had the best results in EQ and expansion with shorter cycles, under 10-15secs
Ideally about the same time and in sync with a deep breath in and out.
No gains from it though.

Hi guys, in your opinion dynamic Pumping can stop lenght gains like ‘normal’ pumping??? Thanks

What about actually using a rapid cycle, essentially a vibration effect? If you have a pump that gets you to ~5Hg constant pressure, but looped in a large diaphragm or cylinder that could be vibrated multiple times a second… it seems it would aid a lot in stimulation, but couldn’t it also have a massaging effect or help loosen tunica fibers?

Any further updates from users with the Pulsar or alternative dynamic pumping devices? I’ve found the lower tempo between pulls to be more effective with regards reducing or eliminating fluid build up. I could be wrong on this but just a thought.

I’ve been experimenting with shorter pulse cycling using a pulsator that I just recently put together (see my post towards the end of the thread below), and I think I agree, that cycling between 3" and 10"Hg with cycles lasting no longer than maybe 2-4 secs, combined with heat (I use a pad), seems to making a much bigger difference in maintaining length and girth gains than longer cycles of low pressure, which really just creates a temporary edema. Vacuum cannot be maintained long enough for use as traction without getting a blister, bruise, etc, but short cycle stretching over and over is working much better for me.

I’m also using a silicone sleeve from ABSilicone to control any edema swelling and combined with the pulsation, I can do sessions as long as 60 mins without any noticeable negative effects, though I’m not sure if there’s any benefit going that long. I suspect multiple shorter sessions per day, say 3 at 30-40 mins each, is better. After a good session and I remove the sleeve, I’m astonished at how long I seem to stay elongated, thick, and firm.

On a side note, some years back I actually read Willem Kannengießer’s book on penis pumping for health and growth (in German), and in it he mentions that 3 sessions per day at up to 40 mins each combined with massage, was most effective.

Another side-effect I’ve noticed is, approximately 6 hours later, I seem to be able to get solid erections easily (I’m 60 and have mild ED), so if I do a session in the morning, I have to watch my thoughts during the day like I’m back in 8th grade again(!), and if I do a session before retiring at night, I’ll wake up in the night with wood so hard it’s almost uncomfortable, which is probably why it woke me up.

(I’ve wondered medically what’s going on here. My guess is that short cycle vacuum stretching combined with heat is indeed stretching while simultaneously circulating blood and fluids in and out of the tissues, which is basically rejuvenating).

Automated Pulsed Pumping

Hi friends, can an excess of dynamic pumping cause priapism (as veloce’s witness suggests) or blood vessels/nerve/tunica/CC disease? I do not want to alarm anyone, but to know by specialists some instructions and common sense to avoid to the best the damage.

Veloce - thanks for posting about your experience with short cycle pumping. I am curious to know more details about your cycle time.

If we define 1 complete cycle as: 1 Cycle = T1 + T2 + T3
T1 = time (seconds) increasing vacuum in the cylinder
T2 = time (seconds) holding constant vacuum in the cylinder
T3 = Time (seconds) decreasing vacuum in the cylinder

So from your post (quote above) you are cycling 3” to 10” Hg in 2-4 seconds. I am amazed that you can create a complete cycle that short. Perhaps I am not understanding correctly.

A breast pump, which usually cycles about 60/minute, might be adapted (slowed down) to accomplish these very short cycles.

It is interesting that other users (Austfred) have suggested longer cycles of 1 minute and even 5 minutes (Avocet).

Nice job on the “pulsator” - I too have constructed a few automated pumps.

Not sure that would cause growth but should at least help keep you hard in the cylinder. Gprent recommended doing that using a massage wand.

Mike,

I am now using a shorter cycle (about 1 minute) Seems to work and helps EQ but have not had any gains lately.

I’m basically still just experimenting with the pulsator, which is new to me. 10” is probably too high, even for short bursts, and am thinking 8” might be better. As far as time goes, I’m currently using about 4 secs on with a slow ramp to max, then a 3 sec break before starting over again.

I used to pump much longer cycles using low vac ~ 3-4” and basically just wound up with a fat salami, which was fun, but it always went away because it was just a contoured edema with the risk of blisters always around the corner. What got me to build the pulsator and trying something different was thinking about PhysEd as a kid, and how easy it was to touch one’s toes because we were doing it all the time, but now it’s not so easy because it’s not a motion I’m doing much. So what would happen if pumping were less an exercise in swelling and more about stretching, lengthwise and sidewise, over and over and over?

At least, that’s what I’m experimenting with. And so far, I’ve been impressed with how long heathy looking length and girth gains seem to hold afterwards, assuming I don’t squish things into underwear right away. I’m also using a heating pad to keeps things warmed up and flexible.
That said, it’s only been a couple of weeks so it’s hard to tell for certain, but I’m sold on this.
