I was wondering what the average gains was from pumping?

It’s difficult to say, Claski10. I think many who pump also do other kinds of PE, so it’s difficult to say how much is due to the pumping, and how much is due to the stretching, and how much is due to the jelqing, and how much is due to something else.

I have gained close on 2” from PE over a 27 year period (yes, you read it right!) which included a great many long breaks. Until I discovered Thunder’s Place a few years ago my only form of PE was pumping (I didn’t know there were any alternatives) and I would attribute a good 1.5” of gain to that method. The rest has come from limited forays into the worlds of hanging and ADS.

Nice gains, IrishJim.

But, after 27 years, are those gains permanent or temporary? :)

What do you guys think about using a pump to get a nice hard penis, putting a ring on to keep the blood around there and then jelqing? Is that effective for a newbie like me?

As a new guy, you might just get killer gains from the newbie routine alone and might not even need anything else.

That sounds an awful lot like jelqing at 100%, which is generally considered to be very risky.

I would not recommend that for an advanced PEer, let along a newbie. WAY too much force.

NOOOOO. I may not have much experience with PE, but I’ve lurked here and MOS enough to know that. Stick to the basics for now; I’m starting from scratch to ensure I’ll get to where I want to be and I recommend you do the same. Thats just my two cents.

I’ve jelqed already while fully engorged while clamped, I ended up with blood out the end of my dick, so I put a stop to that in a hurry.

Ok, I have been successfully discouraged :-)

How about using a pump to supplement the newbie routine, rather than using a pump whilst implementing the newbie routine?

My advice is to just do the newbie routine by itself for 2 or 3 months, then add the pump.

The newbie routine will teach you about your penis and what kind of stress it can take. Then you will be well educated about it when you start pumping.
