Girth gain and routine correlation

This a minor study for girth gains made by pumping mainly.
If you’ve had 0.5” or more in permanent girth gain mid shaft, please use the poll!

I’m eager to determine if higher pressure and shorter sets are better than lower pressure and longer sets.
A short set is 5-10 minutes and a long set will be considered 11 or more minutes.
Low pressure is 3-5 hg (air), 4-7 hg (water) and high pressure will be considered 5hg ore more (air), 7 or more hg(water).

If you feel that the measurement lines should be changed, please feel free to tell me so.

Nope. Sometimes I pumped twice a day though I don’t know if that was a help or a hindrance.

Enough good answer for me to get that you just pumping without jelqs..

I waterpump to, using the goliath but I’m pumping 30 minutes straight with 5-10 minutes jelqing after..

I thought if you shared yours, I will share my pump session :D

No, I did max out before.. but now I stay at moderate pressure under the entire session.

I can go with way much pressure with my Goliath, but I stay at moderate pressure and hold it there to the time is up.

Interesting, especially since your results are super impressive in such a short period of time.
You were lucky to start out big, but now you’re are absolutely massive, congratulations :-) !

My pumping session is 30 minutes set with jelqing and I have 1 restday a week sometimes 2..

On monday I’m beginning a new girth routine that I will build up over time. I thought I will share It to you and all off our PE brother here at thunders :-)

I’m starting out with 1 on 1 off and adding 1 on day each week So over a five week period it’s ment to do the session 5 on 2 off.

After warmup..

- 5 x 3 minutes BM pumping.
- 2, 5 minutes good quality slow wet jelqs.
- 1 minute Sadsak slinky bends, downward. (Doin these slinky bends with U grip, first hand gripping base and the other hand sliding down slowly towards the head and stop there
5 to 10 seconds.. repeat! )
2, 5 minutes slow wet jelqs.
- 1 Sadsak slinky bends, upward.
- 2, 5 minutes BM pumping.
- 1 minute Sadsak slinky bends, right.
- 2, 5 minutes BM pumping,.
- 1 minute Sadsak slinky bends, left.
- 1 minutes fast wet jelqs ( one seconds each )
- warm down & Cool down -

It’s gonna be fun to starting doin this routine at monday and maybe there will be some changes but this is how it looks like and if I’m cutting something down I will see how I respond to it. If it feels good I will build it up over time..

Why so many different things mr. lover and why the bends? And why not pump 20 min then bend for 4-5 min? Found a similar routine to this that someone gained well from?

Hell, I’m going to try those slinky’s too and do 4 minutes before doing 20 min of pumping, lets see what works out for us! But please bare in mind that I have never gained any girth except base girth (hanging).

I tried this routine this weekend.. and it was too much! So I don’t recomend it.. I do slinky in my dry jelq session one a while and I now if you can find your sweet spot with the slinkys and pumping the girth gonna explode :D

But as you said T.I.G.. the best way to do them is a couple of minutes before the pumping session begins and jelqing after as an nice finish :-)

Next time I’m trying some slinkys before I pump.. but remember man that you haven’t do the slinkys at 80% erect level to get the best result. I think around 50% will be enough because the pump after will do the rest of the job.. working like an amplifier :-)
