For those of you who want length gains, I don’t think you should be looking to pack the tube. Me, personally, I want girth gains first before length gains. My girlfriend says girth is better. I have this theory that you can achieve length gains relatively quicker if you’ve already packed the tube completely within the first 10 minutes of your session. I think this because once you’ve packed the tube, I think you can go for lower pressures and stretch the tunica and CC’s length-wise better because there is no room to expand laterally.
This is what I’m trying to do:
I want to reach my girth goals first, which is 2” in diameter unpumped erect girth, and then once I can pack a 2” diameter tube within the first 10 minutes of my session, I will go for length gains and kick up the Hg’s a little higher to create more stretching length-wise. Higher Hg’s I believe puts more tension on the ligs, so thus getting length gains also from lig stretching.
I believe for my goals that packing the tube quicker is best for me. I do have a few questions to all of you pumpers and PE’ers in general. Whats the fastest way to have girth gains using combined pumping, manual PE, and other devices? Whats the best way to pump to achieve girth the quickest? What’s the best way to gain girth with just pumping and manual exercises only? I would love to put together an ultimate girth routine that would be available to all sorts of people with different time schedules. Some of us don’t have the time to do ALL PE exercises, some of us have enough time only to do a select few. I personally don’t have a lot of time on my hands to spend on PE, which is why I use a pump and jelq between reps. I can easily do other things while I pump. I was wondering if there are other exercises that I can do between reps, during rests, to help my girth gains and pack the tube quicker. Can anyone help me out here?
