Well the best tip I can give you take all the advices as tips try them and see if its fits you or not because P.E is very subjective if something is the best for me its might be bad for you.

Anyway to the topic I have the same “Problem” 4-5hg are not enough for my penis I need at least 5.5-7hg [Depends on day] to feel something.

I normally pump in the 5-6 range, but will occasionally go to 7 for sets. It certainly varies on the state of my penis that day. However, be very careful if your time and pressures. Excessive in either of those areas will result in edema or blisters and make you stop to heal. I, like many have learned the hard way. Follow the newbie routine for pumping, it was written by those who already learned the hard way.

I go to about 10 in Hg. Is that too much?

Yes, it usually is. I’m guessing you experience injuries like red spots (broken capillaries) or bruising or excessive bloating.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I see red spots.

10 is high, when I try to get to 10hg I feel like my cock is going to straight up explode, but in a terrible way!! I stay between 3-5hg, rarely do I spend any real time at 5hg, maybe a minute or two here and there. Its too much for me in long stints and I always get edema the longer I’m at pressures over 4 or 4.5hg. I know a guy online that pumps consistently and all the time at 10-15hg and he swears he doesn’t have edema (he didn’t even know what it was when I brought it up to him????) or red spots. He does get bruising pretty bad though, which I consider to be worse than edema and red spots combined. But to each his own, some pumpers just push the boundaries because they like it I guess…

Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Spring 2018: bpel 7 1/4", bpfsl 7 5/8", erect girth 5 1/8"; Spring 2020: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth 5 3/8". Current - August 2023: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth mid shaft 5 1/4" (5 1/2" at base)

I guess less pressure is for the length and more pressure is for circumference. I think that beetween 3-5 hg is for length and over is for circumference.

Actually, the best for both length and girth for me is to work up to 25-30 minutes continuous pump time without a break at your ideal pressure whether it be 5, 6, or 7”hg.

For added safety I always start at only 3 or 4”hg for a couple of minutes and then ease into your final pressure setting.

Hi good advise. Currently I am doing 1 minute in 5hg and 30 seconds 0-1 hg and repeat this for 20 minutes. Now I will change to the routine described by gprent. Continous pumping for 20 - 25 mins @ 5 hg and see how it works. Thanks for the advise.

Do you think you could still gain with several short sets of 30 seconds - 1 minute, at 3-5 hg, with breaks to regain erection, for a total of 15-30 minutes? I’m asking because I found this to be a foolproof way of avoiding red dots or edema, and to get incredible EQ also. Just worried it won’t do much for gains.
