Infrared Heating Pump
Have you ever boiled chicken in your vacuum pump? Well I did today!
Ok, back to the topic. Hello everyone, I hope you’re all good in these hard times!
So you probably asking yourself what was that chicken thing about, right?
Since the only thing I do now is pumping and nothing else I was thinking for few days about heating system for vac pump. I’ve been cold pumping for past three weeks and even that I’ve seen progress that way, I think with heat it would be better. Now what kind of heating do you use for your pump?
Regular heat pad? Rice sock heated in microwave? Infra lamp? I never find these to be good.
So here I come with this! My ultimate 360° infrared Heating tube! :D
Ok seriously. I just bought infrared heating foil that is normally used for floor heating in your house. It is really thin foil, less than 1mm and they do them in several sizes and power levels. I’ve decide that I will try the most powerful that can get its own temperature up to 50°C.
About the size it was an easy one. Width of 25cm is ideal for any vac pump and you can cut them every 12,5cm length. So I ordered 25x25cm square of this foil that has already installed cables so you can easily plug it in into your electric socket in your house.
When you use it for floor heating you have to install thermostat between the foil and end of the cable. That thermostat will then scan the temperature and when it hits temperature that you have setup, it will simply shut the foil of. And when the temperature drop down, it will just start sending electric current back to the foil. It is basically just switch with temperature sensor. Nothing else. You don’t need that for our purpose. Just the regular switch will do.
My pump tube is 6cm wide, that is 18.85cm around. 25cm square will make circle with diameter of 7,96cm. So 2cm more than my pump. That is actually perfect. I’ve bought thermal isolation with one side self-adhesive. 1cm thick. I’ve cut 25x25cm square from it and bond it together with the heating foil. (obviously with the heating side away from isolation).
Then I rolled it into cylinder and used paper tape to hold it in place.
Then I cut two small straps of this isolation and glued them inside this heating cylinder. Because the isolation is 1cm thick it was perfect because now when I insert my pump tube inside, these two 1cm straps make sure the tube sits in the middle of heating cylinder and does not touch the foil in any place. So there is 1cm of free space between my tube and the heating foil all around the tube.
That is it for the creating part and now the temperatures. Obviously I did not want to try it on my penis, so I’ve bought some chilled chicken breasts to try it on them.
First test was with empty tube, measuring temperature on inside wall of the tube.
-10min mark it went from 27°C to 43°
-another 5min and it was already on 50°
-another 5min (20min total) and the walls were 57°C hot. It could go higher if I let it.
2nd test was with these breasts inside and I placed sensor between the tube and the flesh. So we can say I was measuring temperature of your skin on your penis.
Now I have made mistake here because these breasts were chilled, around 4°C and that was make this test so long because their inner temperature was fighting with the heat coming from the foil the whole time.
-it took 50min to reach human temperature of 36,6°C.
-after another 20minutes the heat rise up to 43,7°
-after another 30min (100min total) was the temperature at 54,6°C.
And now the final and third test.
I used another chicken breast but this time I heat it up in microwave and waited till the inside temp will be the same as human.
So I started with preheated tube at 50°C and the breast that had inside temp 38° and outside temp of 36,7°C.
-first I had the sensor on same spot as in 2nd test, so measuring temperature of the skin of your penis.
-after 15min it went from 36,7 to 41,4°C
-then I moved the sensor inside the flesh to measure inside temperature. After another 5min was the inside temperature 42,2°C.
-another 5min and the temp was 44°C
I was moving the sensor between inside and outside of the flesh to see the difference between these two temperatures and it seems to be between 4-5°C different.
So 41° inside would be 45-46°C on your skin.
I am really happy happy with how it is working and I think it is one of the better ways of heating. It heats the whole penis from all sides and does not heat anything else. Like your balls… And it was cheap. The foil cost around 20 dollars, isolation i took in work but that is cheap as hell.
So yeah, here it is. Maybe it will help to someone :) P.s. I did not make any harm to any chicken for this test. It was already dead when I bought it!
