Kegels while in a pump?

This may sound like a daft question and I’m sorry if it’s been asked before, but is it safe to do sets of kegels while using your pump?

Is it safe? I sure do hope so. I do them all the time in the pump. I think it is an excellent time to do kegels and usually alternate doing kegels and milking the tube. During a kegels contraction, you can see your cock retract just a bit inside the tube and when you release the kegel your cock seems to expand in length and girth a little more each time. I highly recommend this practice.

What exactly is milk the tube?

Pulling the tube a bit from your body so as to give a slight increase in pressure as well as pulling on the ligs and drawing more blood into your unit.

Pull the tube a bit out, enough not to release vacuum, then let it return. Try doing 10-20 or so.

Sorry for bumping this old thread, but something changed from 2004 regarding doing kegels while air pumping?

Pumping stretch alot my penis, even going in with full erection. Read that is not recomendable to do kegel with a stretched penis.

Then, are we cool to do kegels while pumping?

It depends on the intensity of stretch or pumping vacuum.
Kegeling during pumping can increase the vacuum considerably. So if you are already pumping at the edge of what you can take a kegel could take you over the edge and possibly create an injury.
If you pump at lets say your normal erect size and then kegel there shouldnt be a problem.

In my opinion, pumping helps to force in some additional blood which increases the expansion. Increased expansion should reduce the vacuum. I find that after kegeling a number of times the vacuum level declines slightly and I need to pump some to return the vacuum level back up.

I do kegels in the tube like a weight workout.

I pump to near max length, get hard and release the pump from the cylinder.

Then I do kegels and bounce the tube up and down with my dick.

20 then hold for 10 secs. Then repeat.

My pumping routine is really light: 5 minutes with static vacuum at ~100mm Hg, after 50 wet jelqs with constant heat.

On my last session I kegeled during the entire 5 minutes inside the cylinder and notice it is better to keep my erection at 100%. Did not feel any pain or increase of pressure, fluid build-up or soreness.

But notice a slightly loss of pressure in my gauge after 8-10 kegels, it is so little loss that a fraction bump into the pistol is enough to reach back up to 100mm Hg.

PI and EQ is being closely monitored and everything is flawless so far, except my sex stamina (will work that up later, since I’m a lonely person).
