Mushroom Head

Hi

I’m looking to get a pump specifically designed to enlarge the glans of the penis, so that I can get a nice mushroom head. Does anybody have any recommendations?

Have you tried “sadsak head” exercises? It is a manual exercise that has helped some gain head size.
