Never be able to pump beyond 15 mins
Been pumping for over a year maybe more. Still pumping at less than 5mmHg and notice that I have never been able to pump safely more than 15 minutes. Tried pumping at 3mmHg and even then I’ll develop blisters whenever I exceed 15 minutes mark!
For those who have been pumping for hours on end, wonder how do reach there in there first place?
s there any safe increment schedule to follow, ie 15 mins x 2 sets on Week 1 and so on etc?
