New Routine, Looking For Feedback

Hello All!

I’m just starting a decon period and am planning to start back up in 2 weeks. I just ordered a nice tube from pumptoys and plan to incorporate it into my training.

I have been thinking about how to structure my next routine based on what I know so far.

Here is what I got so far:

#warmup = IR lamp folllowed by Heat pad

(1) Directional Stretches 10 min, 1 min stretches
(In front of IR lamp)

#ReHeat with Heat Pad

(2) 5 min Jelqing w/ Squeezes 2 or 3 times.
Start flaccid, end almost erect

(3) Pump session building time and pressure over time up to 20 minutes. IR heat all the way. Time to listen to a Ted talk.

(4) 2 min light jelq and massage

#WarmDown w/ hot water, fire goat rolls massage.

Will prob keep the 1 on 1 off schedule.

I’m pretty ritualistic about my sessions there is a ton of nuance that would take forever to type out but thisbis the basic skeleton of what I plan to do.

What does Thunder’s place think?


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

As i start pumping I will use it for the tool that it is. A method to create expansion in the tissues of the penis over time. I imagine that in conjunction with jelqing it will be a tremendous leverage on my training.

Would you feel comfortable throwing in a clamping set after you pump? It sounds like a good conservative routine

Sure I be that would be one hell of a pump. I really like the idea of squeezes and clamps to fill out uncharted territory.

I really enjoy pumping then clamping followed by another pump and another clamping set. I’m doing that a bit less now because I’m hanging 3 sets 5 days a week, like today I won’t pump at all after I hang but I may clamp one set for blood flow after.
