I have a question? Does anybody pump every day no breaks? Or does anyone PE every day?


Was : 6" nbpel and 6.25 nbpeg ,

Now: 7.125" nbpel and 6.5 nbpeg.

Goal: 10"x 7" "Just like a monkey ready to be shot into space, spacemonkey!"

You’ll just end up doing more damage than your body can repair and make it smaller.

It’s just like working out your muscles. You can’t work them out everyday without taking a break. You’ll end up just injuring yourself.

Ok, let me rephrase my question, does anyone here PE everyday and see any better gains, than if they took days off?

That’s an interesting question.

It would appear that most people find breaks in their routine to be constructive for gains but some have reported no breaks as being constructive too. The weight of opinion is probably in favour using a routine with days off.

I second mememto. It really varies. It varies individual to individual. In the same individual, it can vary over time.

It’s been said that you can never step in the same river twice . You can also never pump the same penis twice. What you might tolerate one day may be excessive tomorrow. What is enough today may not be enough tomorrow. You may be able to pump consecutive days sometimes and not others.

More important than the routine is knowing your penis and reading the signs of PIs and EQ - and adapting your routine to that. SparkyX said it very well one time when he said :

Always you hear, "I do this or that…and my erections are rock hard and I hang heavy flaccid all day!" Rarely do you hear, "I have a hard time getting erect, and its not very hard…but I’m growing like crazy!" I’ve NEVER heard that…have YOU?

I’ve just starting pumping and been at it for 17 straight days. Started out 5 minutes at a time then once in the morning, once at night and now have been gradually building up the minutes and have added 1/4”+ in length and 1/8” girth in this time-frame. Of course these aren’t cemented yet but I hit a plateau with just jelqing and clamping after many months. I’ve been PEing since January and have added 1-1/4” in length and 5/8” in girth. Currently 7-3/4” BPEL & 5-5/8” EG.

I agree with Lampwick. I have only been pumping maybe 3 months now but you really find that somedays you can tolerate a lot more than other days. I started off all excited, doing 10 mins, then 2 sets of 10 mins and on a 2 on 1 off basis. Even though it felt good and I was moving up the tube, one day in the tube I felt a dull ache like it was stretching too far, despite staying around 3-5hg. I ignored it (stupidly) but halved my session. Later when I got a normal erection I felt the dull pain again which really worried me so I stopped pumping for like 2 weeks! When I came back to it I knew I needed to take it even slower, starting with 5 mins, then 10 mins then 10 and 5 mins and I’m still only at 10 and 7 mins because Im starting to feel that ache again. I might even drop back down to 10 and 5 mins again because I really dont want to take another break. The trouble is I seem to get even better expansion in the second set so I always want to go longer, I find that with pumping you don’t really realise you have over done it until a lot later so you’ve got to be careful.

01/02/2014 - NBPEL 16.5cm / BPEL 18.5cm / BPFSL 20.3cm / Girth12.5cm - 10 minute pump, 20 jelqs, 5 minute pump 20 jelqs ~2.5-3hg 1 on 2 off.
