Not keeping gains from pumping
Hi, I`ve been pumping for about 5 weeks now. Before that I did the Newbie routing for about 6 months and got good gains in length and girth. Well, all that jelqinf and stretching is a little annoying, so I figured Id start pumping. Whats good about pumping, is that its way easier, you can do other things while punping (I’m writing this topic with my pump on), and it improves my wood.
But it seems that I am not keeping the gains I get from pumping. I stopped pumping for a week, and lost all the girth I had gained. I still have the gains from jelqing and stretching though.
What am I doing wrong? Is it too early to see gains from pumping? My pumping routing consists of two 20 minute sets right now.
