Post warm water pumping icewater cooldown
I know there has been a few threads about this, but none of them are very good. I’m wondering if anyone has ever tried very cool water immediately after a warm water pump session. Post fitness and athletic workout ice baths have become popular in the past few years, and someone asked me about their efficacy in relation to PE. So I spent this morning reading any threads I could find about the subject on Thunder’s, and then went wandering the inter-net to learn about their use and efficacy in different training circles. There doesn’t seem to be anything conclusive out there concerning ice bath cool-downs for either. I myself am probably not going to try it anytime soon. Mostly because my routine seems to be working, so I’m not messing with it. Also I can’t imagine dipping my warm plump, post-pump session penis into cold water. And, it seems to me keeping the penis as expanded and engorged as much as possible for as long as possible is the best way to make gains. I just don’t think the vasoconstriction caused by the cold can in any way be beneficial. What do you think? What have you tried? I can’t believe it hasn’t been tried and probably failed to produce results. If it really worked, we’d probably all be doing it by now.
