Can I combine a routine of 5 days hanging and 3/4 days water pumping? Is it any good for my EQ?

I am already hanging BTC with 9 pounds 6 days every week, three sets of 20 min. but I don’t know if pumping helps with length.

Would you recommend me to switch to pumping leaving the hanging work? Would I lost my gained length? I am a bit tired of hanging really, but I am still interested in length.

I currently hang 4 total sets of 20 minutes 7 days a week no rest. I hang 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. I then pump only 1x20 minute set at 3-5hg before bed I have as a result great EQ. I would just recommend to you no more than 1 set of pumping on the day you hang. I would not stop hanging if you are gaining if you are not gaining maybe you might gain by adding one pumping set before bed when you are done hanging for the day. I have never water pumped I am not sure how it will work but should be ok to limit pumping sets while you are hanging that day.

P.S Are you jelqing too? If not you should jelq after hanging and again before pumping it works for me maybe for you too. Good luck.

NO ONE can tell you how PE is going to effect you, you have to SEE how it is effecting you.

That said, water pumping can help length, far easier than air pumping. The trick is to mark the tube your best length with reasonable vacuum (not much red dots or edema), and each week try and increase past that by about 1/16-1/8 of an inch.

Its better to move just a little past it and avoid post PE contraction, than to push super hard and go backward. Find the vacuum level that lets you make slow progress AND avoid negative PIs.
