NO ONE can tell you how PE is going to effect you, you have to SEE how it is effecting you.
That said, water pumping can help length, far easier than air pumping. The trick is to mark the tube your best length with reasonable vacuum (not much red dots or edema), and each week try and increase past that by about 1/16-1/8 of an inch.
Its better to move just a little past it and avoid post PE contraction, than to push super hard and go backward. Find the vacuum level that lets you make slow progress AND avoid negative PIs.
