Mishaps with pumping generally aren’t instantly debilitating or permanent.
To do yourself drastic harm you likely would need to spend a significant portion of time well beyond 6HG, which at your current level of conditioning would be uncomfortable at 6HG for any appreciable time. Instantly dangerous pressures with the level of conditioning you describe would be 10Hg+ where even a few seconds would run the significant risk of blood vessel rupture and other complications. However…if you want to get a truly messed up penis and have very little or no pumping experience bring the pressure up past 14Hg. I’ve only been that high a few times after several very intense months of training and working up to it. Going up that high without training would be an emergency room visit.
Otherwise, at the pressures you’ll find comfortable it’s unlikely to be an issue. But, once again…this is your choice. If you’re too scared to experiment or not secure with this PE discipline then let me reiterate…do not do it if you do not want to. You don’t have to explain it to any of us. Put your pump materials in a box and PE some other way if it bothers you. We can’t make the risks less, we can’t assuage your fears. You have to make those choices on your own and confront those fears as you see fit.
PE comes with risk and there’s a guy who was posting recently who will tell you how jelqing ruined his life. Long standing Jelqing injury need advice and the fact remains all PE comes with risk. If pumping isn’t for you…then that’s that. It isn’t a problem, just find something you want to do and do that type of Penis Enlargement. No one here is selling you a pump or has a vested interest in you continuing any particular PE method. We just want to help.
