Pumping - how long before expect to see visible results

Pumping - how long before expect to see visible results

(This should probably go in the Pumper’s forum, but I don’t have access yet.)

I just got an LA pump and I’ve been pumping for about a week, 1 session per day, 10-15 mins per session, 3-4 inHg. A very minimalistic regimen, I know.

I understand that significant gains can only be reached in months or even years, but I was wondering when I should start to see some small noticeable difference, if I follow avocet8’s Vacuum Pumping 101 “schedule”? Like maybe see a 1/8” penis length increase in the pump, for example? I am not currently seeing any gains, even while in the pump. Is this normal for starters?

I’m also starting to see a few small red dots on my shaft. (Not from shaving.) They are beginning to fade. Should I wait until they completely fade before I pump again, or would it be just fine to continue pumping?

Thanks!

I’m afraid you have to be patient latitude. Gains don’t happen overnight, or maybe even overmonth.
But they will come. Just keep it steady , and perhaps slow it down to 3 sessions per week for starters as for some reason you have caused some over-pumping.

Give it a week or so until the spots are gone before you use the pump again, otherwise you will only aggravate them and then they will take longer to heal.

Keep to the 3 Hg when you restart, and see how things look before going higher

It may be you need to conditioln your penis a little more befgore you resume pumping. So take things very carefully. In fact you should do the Newbie routine for a bit longer before pumping

But bear all these things in mind and you should pull through OK

If you do it right you should notice something in a month, and in 3 months have a nice change.

Most of us are doing several sets of low time low pressure.

For me it’s 3-5 sets at 5-10 minutes each. Start out low, and use a heating pad wrapped around the tube. Please do not max out the temps, as you are seeking a temp in the 110-120 degrees range.

Every body is different. I had a measurable difference in girth though after about 2 or 3 months.

Concurring with optimalss. Mutilple sets of low time at low pressure.

I can’t pump now because of privacy reasons. But I worked slowly up to:

3 sets of ten minutes at a pressure between 2.5 and 3HG
Heating pad wrapped around the cylinder.

15 minute sets were definitely counterproductive for me.

However one day not long before I had to stop pumping, I didn’t have time, so I only did two 10 minute sets.

The next few days I had the most amazing flaccid — like a miracle. So I was starting to think maybe I needed to back off from the three sets.

You pretty much need to listen to your body.

Pumping restored my involuntary morning erections, after many years of going without. It seems that it impacts blood deeper into the tissues, than an erection will. So it finds expansion from within that was always there.

Sta-kool knows what I’m saying.

I’m doing my pumping around 5 in HG, I do raise it high momentarily and back down to the standard pressure.

It does work.
