Hey guys, I’d like to hear some feedbacks about my new routine (new equipment = new routine!). Is it enough? What kind of gains should I expect (more girth or lenght?) etc.

. 2-5 min hot wrap
. 5 min full stretch (MaxXtender)
. 15 min pump @ 5-6 Hg
. Massage, 1-2 min jelq
. 5 min full stretch (MaxXtender)
. 2-5 min hot wrap

I’m not sure what kind of input you’re looking for. The routine looks ok as far as I can tell, but I’m not sure if anyone has ever used the extender pump combo. The only thing that I could say is to probably shoot for a shorter set time for the pumping and break it up into 5-10 minute sets, and then jelq and do another set. Max-extender could be used to prevent retraction after your pumping session. It’s really up to you and what you’re comfortable with. Try it and let us know how it goes.

I’ll be getting an AutoEXT soon, and my routine will be;

Warm up jelqs
3x15min pumps at 5hg
10 min jelqs
30mins in AutoExt
10 mins jelq

I’ll be doing this one day on, one day off with mild clamping on the off days.

Well It’s because I heard a lot that pumping alone is not going to give me permanent results, that manual exercises should be added for maximal chances of grow. Consequently, I was wondering if pumping + stretching (maxxtender) would be a good combination along with All Day Stetching -ADS.

What gains can you expect? Who knows? Theres no way of telling.

I’d be surprised if you could actually WEAR the MaxXtender after pumping, as the penis would be too sensitive….

Pumping + Jelqing would be better than Pumping + Stretching.

Obviously do stretches too, but do more than 1-2 mins of jelqing….

If you wanted to you could wear the extender before your pumping or do manual stretches before pumping, as I have read good things about stretching before pumping. You may want to try that and do your pumping at night after using an ADS. I would definitely include the jelqing with the pumping though, as this is a proven method.

I would suggest if you can go into the extender for about 30 - 60 minutes before and after as apposed to 5 minutes.

Tried something similar and it worked well.

Pumpin amp; stretching

1-2 Hour ProExtender stretch at 1100-1200 pull weight (1/2 of the time it’s pointed upward, other half downward)
Pump at 5Hg max, for 10-15 minutes
3-10 minute basic Jelq stretching in between.
5 minute light clamp

This has been my routine for 4 months and noticed VERY quick gains in girth. Right now I’m right around 6” girth when erect.

BPEL gains are about the same, maybe a little better.

I started off using the pro-extender and jelqing for 3 months before using a pump with it and noticed results, now I’m seeing results much quicker.

I am trying a very low pressure (3-4Hg) 25-30 minute pump session and am just near packing out my pumps cylinder. I make certain I remain erect throughout the entire 25-30 minutes. I estimate 2 more weeks of this and it’ll be time for a bigger cylinder.

I think using the Pro-Extender AFTER pumping is a great idea and am going to try this as well, maybe a 1 hour stretch/hold after pumping will help develop and cement a better gain.

These stretch devices being worn at their recommended pull weight for more than an hour at a time become uncomfortable. I’m also considering easing back on the pull weight because of this. Anyone who can wear one at 1200 of tension for 12 hours a day must have severe nerve damage and cannot feel their glans!

3-2005
BPEL- 6.5”
