Apply device, rotate 180* so the number sticker is on the ventral side. This worked best for me to end the ball sucking effect. You will still need to hold them down out of the way until you get a couple pumps in.

Do you pump and jelq or jelq then pump? I have the bath great also and I’m wanting to make sure that I am doing it right. I will start trying to turn the numbers to the side to see if there is a difference. Thanks for the suggestion.

This is something I’ve been wondering as well… I would think both would have benefits. I typically pump after I jelq to avoid pumping potentially puffy/spongy tissue and to keep the blood i jelqed into my dick there longer. That reasoning really doesn’t make that much sense scientifically though I don’t think.

I’ve tried it both ways and can’t really say it feels as though it would make any difference. I’m also giving some thought to pumping and extending for two days and on a different two days do the jelquing.

Because of the contour of the rubber sleeve, I don’t think turning the numbers to the side would be effective. Try it either up or down and see what is the most comfortable for you.

I find another problem is the skin at the base sticking to the bathmate. I get the best suck if I go in hard.

Yes, that was another thing I found also. At least slightly firm helps. Then once even a light pump is established, you can work the tube up and down slightly to free any hung up tissue as long as it doesn’t cause suction loss. I find it most effective to use the device while in the spa at a 103F temp and fully immersed.
