Thanks for the reply and link but what I was aiming at was a site that reviews all pumps out there such as the ones on amazon etc. and specifies all dimensions.

There must be absolutely thousands of penis pumps out there. I google 10” then it becomes foggy. Finding a site that reviews them is what I am looking for.

All of the cylinders on that site are professional quality and will last a life time. The favorite of mine and many other guys for maximum comfort is the rimmed straightwall design.

I have been pumping for about 2 1/2 weeks. I’m about 5.5 meg.

My goals are length first right now as I’m about 6.5-6.7 BPEL.

I have 2x9 Vacutech with the smaller 1.75 opening at the base. I also have the 2x9 Thick Wall (much more comfortable)

I am currently packing about 1.5-2.5 inches and my head eventually touches the side after about 20-30 min but I’m not even close to packing the tube.

My question is, should I get the 1.75x9 thick wall or the 1.5x2x9 elliptical and try to pack this faster to begin working on the length faster and more effectively? I’m not really worried about the cost as much as the results.

Definitely not. There is nothing special about packing and if you buy the smaller cylinders, you won’t even fit in them and it will be a total waste of money.

Packing might look impressive, but it really has no benefit and might lead to head blisters and blisters will stop you in your tracks.

I think I’ll get one of those. It doesn’t look like they have a cushioning or seal at the bottom… do I need to buy one of those?

Also do you currently water pump or still prefer air pumping?

I do pumping cock and ball for 3 years.
I was 13 cm long and 12 cm at base (now I’m 15 cm long and 15 cm girth)

I’m nearly 1 inch to pack the top of my 2*9 kaplan cylinder.
My goal is only lenght so to be 8 long *6 must I buy a new 2*12 kaplan or must I go to a 2.25.

If it a 2.25 tube which lenght must I have?

The length of the cylinder doesn’t matter as long as you aren’t hitting the end.

Here is a tip for guys that are in between cylinder sizes.

Get a silicone sleeve from LG or eBay and cut a 2-3 inch length stretch it over the end let rest go into the cylinder… I’ve done this with a 2 inch flared from vacutech… BOOM custom cylinder gasket.

Super comfortable and fits amazingly snug, I pulse pump with a digital 4000 from ctc so idk if this be as good for hand pumpers but worth a try imho

Yes, that is a very good pump to buy. The cylinder has a flange on the end, so that should provide enough comfort without the need for additional sealing pad.

I haven’t water pumped for quite some time now.

Since your length is just under 6”, if you want to go up in cylinder size, a 2.25”X9” will give you plenty of room to grow.

Is this still your current routine?

Do you do anything other than pumping for PE? Sorry I’m asking lots cause you seem to have gained a bunch from pumping. I sort of tried it before but never really gave it a good enough go I think. You didn’t find any benefit from water pumping over air pumping then I assume?

What have been your total pumping girth gains?

I currently have the elliptical thick-wall cylinder from vacu-tech and have been thinking about buying the round thick-wall cylinder. Can anyone shed some light on how the two compare? Anyone have better results with the elliptical thickwall cylinder vs the round thickwall cylinder?

Wall shape only becomes an issue when your penis is actually in contact with the walls, otherwise vacuum is vacuum regardless of shape. As far as I’m concerned, shape is just about comfort - if you have a ‘wide flat’ penis, an elliptical cylinder reduces the chance of your testicles being sucked into the tube.

Anyone know where I can buy a 1.85” inside diameter X 9” cylinder?

I’ve tried Vacutech and Boston pump but they said 1.75 or 2 and can’t customize the diameter, only length.

Obviously, I think I’m just a little too big for the 1.75 but not big enough for the 2

You really don’t have to fine tune that closely. The 2” cylinder will work fine if you are too big for the 1.75.
