Yes it is OK to touch the inside of the tube. Haven’t you read about packing the tube when your cock completely fills the tube? With your 1.75" tube, you will have plenty of room to expand before you pack.

Few days ago, I emailed to Thickwall Uk to know the difference between Standard and Flanged cylinders. Thickwall claims that Standard cylinder provides better seal and is more effective in gaining length. To me, standard cylinder seems uncomfortable because they are not round at base like flanged cylinder. Do you believe that Thick wall claim, that standard cylinder is more effective than flanged, is correct? Thanks
