Silicon Sleeve Pumping

Fred,

I apologize for any ignorance, I like to figure stuff like using baby powder out on my own in case there is a better way but I strongly concur that its the best way currently.

When using the Mr fantastic pump do you take brakes or do a solid 60 min set.. Sorry if this has been covered I missed it.

I see AB Silicone also have a clamping kit. I wondered for those looking for a longer tube if you couldn’t add that on top of the pumping specific one or at the least cut off the length required.

I’m considering getting the silicone sleeve to add to my bathmate regime as my skin seems to get red dots very easily even at low pressure so its gotta be worth a try.

Incidentally, and off topic, has anyone tried their clamping kit?

With the MrF water pump I find I can pump for 60 mins straight. After that I find soreness starts creeping in and I am not prepared to stretch it further in case blisters reappear in spite of the baby powder. I normally only have time for one session a day.

With the air pump I found I had to stop after about 30 minutes.

Trust that clarifies it.

merlinthewizard, there are a number of suppliers of silicone sleeves out there suitable for clamping and you can even make your own.

Whats unusual about the ABSilicone pumping sleeve is its very soft compound and I have not found any others that are similar.

The cable clamp they sell is just a normal one you can buy anywhere, I bought some of their clamping sleeves and they work fine, quite soft and stretchy but overpriced I think.

That was sort of my point. Since some earlier in the thread said they wished AbSilicone because of its special properties would also make longer sleeves. I was wondering if you couldn’t add the clamping sleeve to the pumping one to get the desired length and with the soft compound you mention.

Yeah makes it crystal clear I do virtually the same with With the ctc 4000, with the toe cap and sleeve I tested a long session, 2+ hours of a program that went in went in a pyramid and I was happy with the results it’s not something I would do all the time, I do keep to the pyramid shape so I get fresh blood every minute or so.

The benefits of high end electric pumps are worth the $$.IMHO

Nobody asked me but I do use two halves of ab sleeves until my new order arrives so yeah its doable there easier to put on in shorter lengths personally wish they would sell a 12 cut to fit length

Can you give us the details of your settings - Max and min vac?. I assume you use a 1 minute cycle.

Yes they certainly make dynamic pumping a breeze though I suspect you could get a similar result using a DIY pump provided you were prepared to through a switch every minute or so.

Cannot see any problem using two shorter sleeves. Should work the same and gives you an extended life as you cut bits off after a tear in a sleeve. inevitably starts

With a dp4000 you can make custom programs that are limited to 10 steps The program I’ve been using goes

2” for 10 sec.
3” for 10 sec.
4” for 15 sec.
5” for 20 sec.
6” for 10 sec.
7” for 10 sec.
8” for 15 sec.
6” for 10 sec.
4” for 20 sec.
Then it automatically starts back at step 1 and repeats

Each value both inches of vac. And duration are in dependably adjustable the pump will pull to 13” ?. Doing so with air is not something I would do.. Now that I know better

New sleeves arrived today

My second order from AB arrived, today.. July 4th weekend is a thing here in the USA for those overseas .. Yeah AB has met my expectations for order handling and shipping I always pay extra for the USPS priority mailing .

Thats impressive

I found I could pump up to 14” Hg dynamically with a Mr Fantastic air pump for 30 minutes after gradually increasing the maximum over time.

I made my 2nd order from ABS. The first included a ball zinger, three smaller silicone sleeves (roughly 1in length each), and a pumping sleeve. Took nearly 2 weeks to ship with the premium shipping package. They do not respond to emails as I sent 2 (not mean, simply asking for an update). I read they routinely have computer issues, but who knows.

I just ordered 2 more 3 packs of the smaller silicone sleeves, only took a day to ship this time so times may vary with the materials.

Sleeve pumping has worked well for me and allows prolonged 10” hg pumping sessions without terrible edema. However, to date the only ways I have tried to apply the sleeve are:

- coating outside of penis with lube and sliding it on, leading to the sleeve sliding off quickyly (terrible)

- rolling it on (painful, feels like i get no length gains)

- using 2 of the smaller sleeves near the base and edema-prone head region and then rolling it on (more painful, but more silicone coverage and less edema)

I’m about 7.5 inches length and a good inch is unused in the sleeve via rolling so I am going to my local pe hardware store (Lowes) to try to find piping or something I can makeshift into an applicator that will go over the head as suggested earlier in this thread. My plan is to incorporate another smaller sleeve to further compress the shaft or head, hoping to get more expansion with higher pressures and reduce edema buildup. So far, good experiences with the sleeve pumping, but putting it on has been a bear.

Yeah it hurts if it snaps on The glans had that problem before had a brand new sleeve and ripped it open, trying to stretch it wide enough to accommodate. .. Not rolling it, more folding it over on its self seems to work better

As with pumping unless your doing something dynamic I don’t think sustained higher vacuum is good for EQ

Fitting a sleeve

Jelqdude

I may have given Sweeternuts the idea of using an applicator. I originally got it from Monkeybar who used to sell one at Autoextender for fitting Xsleeves which are more difficult to put on than a pumping sleeve as they are are made of tougher silicone. The Autosleeve applicator was made out of a short piece of PVC tube. I made one of those out of a scrap piece of PVC tube and it worked fine. Just make sure you file and sandpaper the edges to get a rounded profile. I have since graduated to a piece of thinwall brass tubing (cut from an old insinkerator fitting) which is a little better because of its thinner wall makes it easier to fit the sleeve but the PVC works fine.

To apply;
1 - Roll up the sleeve on the applicator
2 - Place penis in applicator with glans sticking through
3 - Roll sleeve back over penis to reach the root.
4 - Roll front edge of sleeve back off the aplicator and remove applicator
5 - Roll front edge of sleeve forward to reach just behind the glans
