Silicon Sleeve Pumping

With some visual aid(porn), I quickly achieved a full erection. I rolled the 5 inch silicone sleeve, covering my full shaft only, meaning I still have my glans visible.

I lubed up and entered the cylinder keeping the vacuum level between 5-6hg.

After the first 20mins, I exited the cylinder and did some massage and edging to get some good blood circulation going.

My second and final session lasted about 40 mins at similar vacuum level. Although I must say at times I spiked the vacuum level to 8-9hg for just a few seconds and brought it back to 5-6hg. Before exiting the cylinder, I measured the inside vacuum length, with giggles and such happiness inside me, when the ruler mark showed just a bit passing the 7.5” mark.

My penis felt big and heavy but I didn’t notice any extra fluid like in the past when pumping without this silicone sleeve.

I jumped in the shower, with a feeling that I cannot describe; it’s like there are lights at the end of the tunnel. For me attaining length gain is almost impossible. Now I believe there is a way. Because if I can gain length inside the cylinder, eventually it will become real gains.

I will report back here in a few weeks with more progress.

Patrick,
Same problem here, difficulties to gain length.
Experimented with different sleeves soft to extremely tight. With the very tight sleeve it seems to be very difficult to keep a +80% erection. If the tube could be entered 60% erect that would be an accomplishment! Also noticed when spiking the pressure to 8-9hg for a few seconds my penis runs up more length inside the tube at lower hg 5-6. Difference is about 0.25 inches. Not significant, but still over time you’re in an extended state which might translate into gains. Normally its not possible to for me to pack a 2 inch tube, but with the very tight sleeve and lots of lube it is. In one of my better sessions I used baby powder between my penis and the sleeve and lube on top and inside the tube. I’ve not established consistency in this routine as there are far too many variables. Just imagine, being uncut, maintaining a good enough erection to put on a sleeve I can hardly pull enough apart to get my penis in, ending up with the foreskin retracted, but the sleeve just covering past the coronal ridge protecting the bottom of the glands. Many times the put-on procedure exceeded the time of the actual workout. Very frustrating and probably not attainable for the long haul, but when executed well ultimately rewarding.

Odd question here

Would anybody know where I could purchase a silicone sleeve to accommodate my large girth? Flaccid I am 7 inches at the base

, 6 inches mid….

Thanks

You essentially asked a question about the right pumping sleeve for a fat cock.

I will try to answer based on my recent sleeve pumping experience.

If you read above you would have noticed I have been pumping using a Mr Fantastic dynamic electric water pump. I had been using ABSilicone sleeves which worked fine for my 5.5" girth but are easy to tear from regular use. Another member tipped me off about these chinese sleeves - https://www.ali express.com/ite … 2311.0.0.PkbvWf .

I meant to buy the 1"ID ones but somehow got a mixture of 1" and 0.75" ID ones. These sleeves are thinner and tougher than the ABSilicone ones and I first tried the 1" ones. They worked fine with the bonus that they do not tear (at least for me. I recently changed my technique as follows to condom replacement as with my previous approach I was regularly tearing condoms while removing the sleeve.
1. I roll up and stretch a sleeve fitting the leading edge in the groove just behind the corona and then unroll the sleeve back to the base.
2.I sprinke baby powder on my glans and then cover it and the front part of my shaft with a condom essentialy to keep my glans dry to prevent blisters
3 I then place a very short soft sleeve over the top just behind the glans to keep the condom in place.

i use warm water but no longer wrap an electric heat pad around the cylinder to maintain heat. I pump for 60 - 90 mins dynamically in the range 3 - 12" Hg and no longer get blisters since I stopped the heat pad. The water heats up my unit for at least the first 30 mins and gradually cools so it is at room temperature at the end of the session.

Now to try to answer your question. I thought I had done my dough on the .75" sleeves but cut one to length and fitted it as above. Managed to fit it fine but my unit looks a bit odd at first with a relatively large glans sticking out the end of what looked like a pencil dick - a true mushroom. Fitted the condom etc and started pumping to see what would happen. Within 5 mins my unit had packed the 1 1/8" cyl just as with the larger sleeve and at the end of the session I felt it went well with even less fluid build up. So I suggest you could try the 1" version of this sleeve on your 7" base girth unit and it will probably work fine.

Another thing I have found recently is that immediately post pumping my shaft seems more stretchy than usual so I do a number of manual fulcrum stretches in all 4 directions using the second hand as a fulcrum and some where I use my thigh ( these have special names but I cannot remember them).

I had a big problem with fluid buildup while pumping. The vacuum level didn’t matter. Also I had a huge problem with red spots (burst capillaries). I tried condom pumping after reading a bunch of threads about it. It worked alright but the condom was bitch to keep situated with the vacuum drawing it. It always crept up. I attribute that to me putting it on with a semi. I prefer to pump with a semi and bring it up to a full erection. It’s just easier.

So I began looking for an alternative. ABSilicone had the sleeve on their website. They also have a good silicone clamping sleeve but that is for another thread. I decided to try it ( the pump sleeve ).

It worked very well. Most importantly, no burst capillaries and almost zero fluid buildup. That to me is a win. You get expansion and nothing more. Again, win.

I have noticed that it does allow me to pump at significantly higher vacuum levels which does create more length. It just does. Buy one and try it, you will see. The problem is that when pumping at higher vacuum levels and not feeling the capillaries bursting, you really put a ton of stress on the glans. The only real issue I have had with the sleeve is after pumping the glans can become swollen. And I don’t mean engorged. I have had a few instances where the glans clearly took a beating on specific parts, ie welts.

They go away really quickly which is good but it still is not something you want to strive for. You really need to figure out the level of vacuum that works for you and that is purely trial and error. Especially with the sleeve. Okay enough tech shit for now.

The result is absolutely worth the hassle of messing around with it. I always end up with an engorged cock after a pump session with the sleeve. You actually get to see what your dick could look like after using it. By this I mean you get a fat ass flaccid with almost no fluid buildup. Just expansion and that is fun.

Basically the compression of the sleeve allows positive pressure to be applied to the skin and tunica. This gives you true expansion, not that fluid buildup bull that you would normally get. Your dick will not be as big as if you pumped without it, but the result is true expansion. As I said before, that is a win.

Sum of all factors, once you dial it in and figure out what works for you, you will get girth expansion that is not fluid buildup and also you will get some length as well. It’s a good time. Any further questions I will try to answer if I have one.

Not sure how this sleeve can be used inside a vacuum cylinder. It has a 1.18” outer diameter. So if one uses a 2” inner diameter cylinder, would he have to move up to a 3” inner diameter cylinder to accomodate the sleeve?

Not sure I understand your question. Most sleeves are only a few mm thick. A sleeve with a 1 1/8” ID will easily fit in a 2” ID cylinder. I find the sleeve when fitted will expand inside the cylinder under vacuum. A sleeve will reduce fluid build up in the shaft but will not stop blisters or red spots on the glans partly becuse a sleeve cannot cover all the glans. Even if you use a silicone toe protector over the glans I found unless I also used baby powder underneath I still got glans blisters.

sleeve pumping update

Thought I would update my sleeve pumping approach.

I now do a two stage pump session - firstly using a Mr fantastic dynamic water pump with a 2 1/8" cylinder followed by a session using a Mr Fantastic dynamic air pump using a 2 1/4" cylinder - more details here The Physics of Water Pumping (p. 17) post 248.

My motivation in the dual approach is that I cannot buy any more of the special water pump cylinders now Mr fantastic is no longer selling them.

Now moving to my sleeve technique. I decided it is best to pump erect. I bought some of these 25 mm and 18 mm slooves from aliexpress on the recommendation of another Thunders member https://www.ali express.com/ite … .27424c4d54fTRW

I quickly found the 18 mm version a bit tight and harder to get on and off so I now use the 25 mm version. I found these work very well and do not tear like the ABSilicone ones. However I have found an alternative use for the 18mm ones. I cut a 1" length off one and use it a bit like a cock ring putting it on about halfway down my penis and then pushing it back to the root. That gets me nice and erect and pulls my foreskin back fully exposing my glans and groove (I am uncut).

I now put a small thin 15mm long sleeve https://www.ali express.com/ite … .27424c4dLZMd2h in my groove immediately behind my glans. I then put one of the larger 25 mm sleeves rolled up on my unit over the top of this sleeve and unroll it back to my penis root. I find the small sleeve underneath helps stop fluid build up in my foreskin and helps to stop the main sleeve sliding forward while pumping. I then fit the cylinder sealing ring at the root.

I next powder my glans using corn starch baby powder, roll on a condom over the sleeve and finally fit a second thin 15mm sleeve over the condomjust beyond the groove to stop the condom coming off during pumping.

I finally fit the cylinder (filled with warm water while using the water pump) and start pumping.

Sounds complicated but actually quite easy. Prior to using this technique I found my foreskin often caused problems. For circumcised guys I would not use the first 15mm thin sleeve as your job is a bit easier.

Where can I buy a pump sleeve?

So I am going to be new to pumping with a silicone sleeve. My reasoning is to prevent discoloration & turtling. My question is in purchasing a 9” sleeve I must cut it to fit. I am 6” erect & when pumping I reach right at 7” or slightly above. Flaccid I am 5 1/4” by the way. Should I cut this sleeve to my flaccid size of 5 1/4”, should I cut it to my normal erect length of 6” or to my pump length of 7”? Instructions say to leave length to cover a slight portion of the gland. I was thinking cutting it to an even 7”. Suggestions & tips please.

Personally I don’t like it cut too long. I ran mine with enough space for the base to expand and seal my cylinder and enough at the top that the glans was totally uncovered.

You may want to buy two sleeves. Cut the first one long. Try that. Then shorten it and try that. Figure out which works better. Silicone sleeves aren’t that expensive. I like it short, if I’m sleeve pumping. But that may not be for you.

thoughtfulgold I did purchase two as it was cheaper that way. I was thinking of cutting it at 6 1/2” just above my normal erect length to have it reach right at the bottom of the gland when pumping. What’s your thought on this?

Cut it as long as possible. Then, trim it as you use it to find the optimum length. If it turns out that a longer length is better you’ll have the spare sleeve. If shorter suits you, you’ll have it and a spare sleeve.

How effective it is for YOU won’t be dictated by what I say. It has to fit you and your needs.

Appreciate the input thoughtfulgold. I also clamp so whatever excess I left from cutting can be used with my clamp. I think cutting it long is a wise call & I can sure it up as I go along. Thank you

I have some ideas about this and compression while pumping and wondering if anyone from this thread that stuck to using a sleeve might be able to add any insight on any successes that might corroborate the theory
