It should work for you. The only reason for a sleeve is to prevent donuts and edemas. Assuming your glans is 2” long you would have the shaft covered.

Your current size already exceeds my goal as afar as girth is concerned and is pretty close to my long term length goal, you lucky guy.

I have been experimenting with my Mr Fantastic water pumping routine - see The Mr. Fantastic Pumping (p. 20) post 286 and believe my revised routing is worling great for me.

Firstly I am using a 2 1/8” internal diameter Mr Fantastic cylinder (designed to go with the water pump) and quickly pack it up to the glans so I now only use a short silicone sleeve behind the glans to prevent fluid build up in my foreskin (retracted) and in the vicinity of my groove (I am uncut), As I have reported earlier I had been also using a silicone glans protector with baby powder underneath to prevent blisters. I was dynamically pumping in the range 3- 18” Hg on about a 2 min cycle and this works pretty well most of the time.

However I found I got the occasional small blister even with the baby powder towards the end of a 60 min session so I changed my pumping range to 3 - 14” Hg and found I got no blisters even when I extended the session out to 90 minutes. For me this could be a major breakthrough as I believe most of the PE benefits come towards the end of a session provided my penis can handle it without pain, blisters etc.

The second change I experimented with was to try replacing the glans protector with a condom. On the first attempt I rolled on the condom to about an inch beyond the groove after powdering my glans and then put on the short silicone sleeve over the top from just behind the glans. It worked great with the only concern I had with the small bubble near the meatus designed to collect sperm on ejaculation. I was worried I might get a blister at the tip but not so. I found the condom stretches in a non elastic way and reuse it but it gets larger with each use. I now fit it on in a way that it fits fairly tight over most of the glans but with the surplus underneath and much it behind the sleeve where it does not get in the way in the cylinder (no bubble). I will replace the condom from time to time. I now get better glans expansion in the cylinder and find it easier to fit than the protector. The sleeve keeps it in place and it works well with the baby powder. Another benefit is that my glans is now more sensitive in the cylinder and I find it easier to stay blood filled (erect) while pumping.

After feeling bigger lately I did a measurement a few days ago and found my MSEG has increased to 5.75” . Previously I found it hard to get above 5.5” and my pre PE MSEG was 5”. I now have to work harder to get it in but once there the sex is awesome.for both of us. Not sure she could cope with above 6” MSEG even when fully excited so I will have to be careful if I get much more girth gain.

Longtime lurker as a guest and PE person, first time poster.

I’m going to have to admit I haven’t kept up with the times, between this and the IR light therapy idea I’ve slipped on what is good gear now. Man, is technology something.

However, maybe I missed how you measure how long the silicone tube needs to be if you’re going to use it to pump with. Or an EQ factor that I should strive for.

How long should the tube be compared to my penis? How much space below the glans or above the base? And also, how high of an EQ should I have when applying the silicone tube?

Are there any special curvature concerns or benefits? I have a curve, hence the question.

I see a “anti turtling tube” which seems to be what fits the description on the ABsilicone website but I just wanted more clarity before making a purchase. Is that the one? My PE budget is a fraction of what it used to be so I’m more picky on what I buy and when.

Has anyone ordered from ABS Silicone lately? I put in an order a couple of weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them three times with no luck.

The aim of the silicone tube is to prevent donuts of other types of excessive fluid build up. I found the critical area was just behind the glans but mid - shaft can also be a problem area. The length of the sleeve is not critical but if it covers 2/3 of the lenght from behind the head to towards the base it should be OK. In my case, I pack the cylinder so I only use a short (1”) sleeve just behind the glans. It also serves the purpose of keeing th a condom in place which I use with baby powder to prevent glans blisters.

Any soft silicone tube should do.

I did get mine from ABSILICONE a few days ago. Ordered on the 1st, received on the 12th. I sized it as you recommended (as it so happened) and it was a good session. Thank you for the advice.

Any soft silicone tube? May see if Monkeybar offers one similar for cheaper next time. His sleeve systems have various tube thickness and hardness.

What is inside diameter of a direct select sleeve?

The ABSilicone ones are very soft which I believe is good for pumping. However they have the drawback that they are easily damaged (eg tearing at the edge). Keeping your fingernails trimmed helps. If you start getting a tear cut a bit off just beyond the tear to stop it continuing. If you want to try monkeybar’s offering get the softest he sells. Others have posted links to a cheap 6” one on ebay

I am 5.5" MSEG and expand to pack a 2 1/8" ID cylinder under vacuum. All the sleeves I have tried seem to work mainly the ABSilicone ones and the short ones sold on eBay as comfort sleeves for extenders.

Read up on AB Silicone in the thread here. They ripped me off and it took contacting my credit card to get my money back. ABS didn’t reply to repeated contacts after 1-2 months. When a business (aka one dude in his garage) is this temperamental you have to ask if it’s worth your time and $20 (+ extra for 2 day shipping which sure as fuck didn’t pay off) to roll the dice and hope he’s having a good week. Fuck that guy, really. And to think, only one ‘business’ makes these. Kinda nuts.

I have recently read your thread thoughtfulgold’s Penis Enlargement as “Scheduled Trauma” theory and am very impressed. Seems to me as the most convincing argument for the less is more school of PE. Have decided to move to a two days on one day off routine to see if it promotes growth.

Now back to the silicone pumping sleeve thing. I have decided to go back to sleeving most of my unit even though I am packing it under vacuum. I am now pumping for individual sessions of about 75 min on average (2 a day on on days) and the extra sleeving definitely cuts back on fluid build up. One thing I have found is if you have cut down sleeves (from cutting of torn bits) you can use two bit sleeves rather than one longer sleeve the effect is much the same with the bonus that it is easier to fit.

Another thing I have done is fit the first shorter sleeve at the base and then fit the silicone sealing ring (the base part of my My Fantastic water pump cylinder) on top. This acts like a cock ring and seems to allow me to stay erect during the pump session which is a bonus. I only go floppy after I remove the sealing ring at the end of the session.

i am sensing better EQ since I adopted the 2 on 1 off approach but it will be a while before I can tell whether it gives me a growth spurt.

Shi town, glans blisters are usually caused by high prolonged vacuum. Now while sleeve pumping reduces the risk of fluid build up and tempts you to pump at higher vacuums you still have to careful. One way of reducing the risk of blisters is to use baby powder on the glans. I use it under a condom as I water pump
