Do you professional pumpers think it is better to do pumping session in the beginning of the day and then do stretching and ADS or the opposite?

As a “professional” pumper, there is no way I could get involved in ADS. That is just way too much stress to put on your cock. It’s hard enough just to recover between pumping sessions, but if you add in ADS, there is no recovery time and your results will suffer greatly.

For me, I do some manual stretching before I pump, but after my pumping session, it’s rest and recover. I am currently on a 2 on, 1 off cycle.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I think there are things to be said for pumping in the morning, and things to be said for pumping in the evening before going to bed for the night.

But it sounds like your question is not about the timing of pumping itself; it is about the timing of pumping in combination with stretching and/orADs, and if you are doing both, which it is better to do first.

I agree with gprent that it sounds like major potential for overstressing your penis, with no time for recovery. With that in mind, watch your PIs - Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!. That will be your best guide on whether what you are doing is working to your benefit.

I tend to rotate it a little bit.

For 5 weeks, I stretched (for 60 mins), then pumped (for about 15 mins), then did Supra Slammers (for 20 mins). Because of privacy constraints the past few weeks, I have been doing pumping (20 mins) & Supra Slammers (20 mins) in the AM. In the late afternoon, I do my stretching (60 mins). On days when I pump a few hours before stretching, I find my penis is easier to stretch. I think this may be caused by a stressed out tunica.

Since I am going after length now, is it ok if I just pump less frequent?

extremegamer, what the hell is supra slammers? I thought about DLD blaster a couple of months ago but was not encouraged by any body to do that.

what is your DLD blaster routine and how do you combine it with other exercises? One more question , what the hell is supra slammer?

occasionally I think you can do them the same day. But usually pumping needs rest.

For example:
1 day stretching + 2 hours ADS in the afternoon and then pumping at night
2 day only pumping
3 day stretching and ADS
4 day rest.

It’s very easy. Four 10 minute sets at 4”hg with 2 minutes of massage in between sets to restore blood flow and achieve erection. As always I pump up slowly and wrap my cylinder with a heat pad while pumping. I finish my routine by putting on a broccoli band cock ring and having a 10 to 15 minute erect massage.

Warmup: Hot Shower for 5 mins focusing on pubic region

Part I: Stretches

- I do 4/5 sets of basic stretches in 3 minute sets (SD/Right/Left/SU/Rotary)
-After this stage, I go into my Blaster Stage
-I do 9/10 sets of Blasters. Each set consists of 10 reps, and after 10 reps, I do a 30 sec. rotary stretch.
-Tip: While doing this, every so often I will pull my penis into a straight out stretch while rapidly kegeling. I don’t know if this does anything, but it helps improve penile strength.

Part II: Pumping
-I do 2 sets at 3-4 HG.
-Usually the first set is 5 minutes, then the second set is 10 minutes. I take about a 2-3 minute break in between sets to get it fresh with new blood

Part III: Supra Slammers
-Do a search about these. There is a lot of info in the REVIEW section of this site

Part IV: Cockring/Wrap
-After every session, I wear a velcro wrap or a cockring for at least 90 mins post workout.

Sorry for this question, but what is 4/5 sets and 9/10 sets? Is it supposed to be 4 out of 5?

I see no jelqing, am I right? Do you do all these at the same time?

Sorry 4/5 = four or five sets. 9/10= 9 or 10 sets. I vary my routine week to week slightly to focus on certain elements.
