Vacuum Pumping 101

I do not know how permanent they are but I do know that the more you have them the capillaries will continue to be weak and therefore will continue to develop during the session.

Gotcha. Should you take a complete break, or just reduce the Hg?

I suppose that’s a boon if you’re going for the Nikocado Avocado look lmao

If they are large or you have several of them it may be best to take a break. If not, just reduce the intensity of your sessions and monitor the results.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Decided to get a pump and go for it after watching Susan Bratton on a podcast. Using a combination of the sizing guide on this forum and what Susan recommended I bought 1.75” and 2.5” cylinders and a pump with a gauge from a company here in the UK.

Starting this week I’m currently trying:
3-5 minutes warm up with NIR/IR light.
10 minutes whole package in the 2.5” cylinder.
100 Jelqs.
15 minutes in the 1.75” cylinder.
100 Jelqs.
20 minutes in the 1.75” cylinder.
Whilst in the cylinders I use the NIR/IR light for the first 10 minutes and do Kegels and milking.

A few questions if I may.

How does the above look?
Is it necessary to tie off at the end? It feels really uncomfortable.
The cylinders I have are tapered and I’m finding my glands are packing the 1.75” on the last set so would it be a good idea to get a 2” cylinder and use that on the last set?

Been pumping every other day for the last 6 weeks with a pressure of 3-5 and starting out at BPEL 5.5” and EBG 5” with an ultimate goal of BPEL 6.5” and EBG 5.5” - 6”

All help appreciated.

Any help with the above?

Not sure you need help! Stick with your program and give it 6 months. Then maybe 6 more. This is definitely a marathon, not a sprint, and any rushing will probably result in frustration, maybe injuryor at least a setback.
I read a book decades ago on enlargement, and your program doesn’t sound far off, with the combo of heat, manual, and pumping. The only thing I would suggest is to consider some gentle stretch device to apply immediately post workout to keep some pull. Maybe even a passive item like a sleeve, Stealthwear, or similar.

And, yes, you may want/need to graduate to a larger tube. That’s the point after all!

Thank you for the info, that’s reassuring.

Could you point me in the right direction regarding the stretch devices you mention? I know nothing about that side of things.

Hi. If you look at the Penis Extenders section of the public forum you will see multiple discussions of different devices. They generally break down into two categories: vacuum attached and noose or strap attached. My personal experience is that the vacuum attached seemed to offer the best traction, but caution needs to be used to avoid or minimize the potential for blisters on the head/glans. The Size Doctor is one, though Penimaster Pro and the Phallosan are others, with a different means of traction. The strap or noose attached devices tend to strangle the head/glans and need to be removed more frequently to restore blood flow, and can end up causing pain (always a good indicator to remove it). Most seem to start with these strap/noose attached devices (at least so it seems).
The passive devices are items such as Stealthwear or even silicon sleeves that are sold by a number of outlets/device makers.

Thank you that helps a lot.

one question buddies, how to know which brand of pump to buy and if I measure 13cm in circumference how to determine which diameter to choose if in the case of leluve it is 1.75” (for 12cm) and 2” (for 14cm) I am in the middle of both I still hear that there are custom cylinders, but I don’t know what brand it is or the official page where to get it

Adirem if your goal is length, go for 1.75”. If girth, you could do 2”. I bought a 1.75” Leluv pump from Amazon. I don’t know about other sites. Good luck!

For those who pump with a sleeve seal attachment, this is my cylinder. I just bought this white silicone sleeve seal (LeLuv Medium White Silicone Sleeve Vacuum Seal for 1.75 Inch to 2.25 Inch Penis Pump Cylinders). I’m not sure how to fit this onto the cylinder. The hole it creates is much smaller than I’d imagined. Which is ok as I can just enter the pump erect, but still. Am I doing something wrong here? Is this a bad product? Should I have purchased a different size? Thanks.

I’ve been been using a cylinder that measures 7.5 wide called “The whopper”

I get hard and pump up to about 15-20 for pressure for two 10 sessions. I can get to 7 in length and average 6.5-7 in girth. I do erect stretches during this time. My pump last about 24 hrs. I also started clamping for two 10 min sessions on days I pump.

When I started about 2 years ago I was 5.75 length and 4.75 width.

Now I’m constantly 6.75 length 5.5 width without doing anything, so I feel I’ve cemented some gains. I also do regular manual stretches an squashes soft and hard. I do this 3 times a week. I feel that’s the key to cementing gains. My goal is to be at 7 in length and 6.0 width consistently after 24 hrs.

I feel rest days are really important and not getting carried away thinking more is better. Slow and steady wins the race and it does work!

Can someone tell me what’s the difference between pumping and being engorged with a cock ring?

Thank you! So I guess pumping is better.

When my dick is in the tube and I pump from 0 to 1 to 2 to 3 to 4Hg, It expands a little bit more each time. I have no intention of going above 5 anytime soon, let alone 10+. That being said, does your dick continue to expand as you pump to higher and higher vacuum pressure (in one session). I would guess, there’s a point where increasing pressure is pointless, and your dick is not going to get any larger.
