The great thing with water pumping is the hot water and warms up my member at the same time as getting a pump on.

Yes, water pumping is nice :-)

Guys do you think this could work for water pumping or do you think it will break?

Water will wreck it, buy a standard cylinder and a brake bleeder pump with a fluid transfer jar and you’re sorted.
Harbour freight sell one and Mityvac also do a good one, been using mine for nearly 5 years.

How do I know which cylinder will work to this bleeder kit? And is there a size that will fit me? I am 4.7 mid and 5.5 at base. Could you or someone list the exact items that I need on ebay (pm?). I really need a spoon feeding on this one so I get it right at last. I just wasted 150 USD on a bathmate that did not work for me :( .

After going through all the posts on this thread, I can see that it boils down to preference, not necessarily water vs air or one greater than the other. I’ve been PE’ing for 2 months now, using various stretching methods, water/air pumping, hanging, traction wrapping, clamping, kegels, warm up or no warm up, heat or no heat as well a custom clamp/ADS/traction wrap set up. I would suggest that everyone try various methods within your interest. More importantly, pay attention to obvious physiological indicators (PI), such as pain, discoloration, turtling, and erection quality (EQ) to name a few.

What Hg do you guys go up too?

Is a higher hg (if conditioned) and shorter time better than lower hg and longer time for achieving permanent girth?

What hg is BM using at maximum?

The original models have a maximum of 11.8 Hg, the Hydromax models a little more and Xtreme even more than that.

Tthat seems really high, almost alarmingly high no?
Most guys waterpumping stick to 4-7 hg. Maybe there’s a correlation between high pressure in water, shorter sets and good girth gains?

If that was the case there’d be loads of Bathmate users reporting gains and there aren’t.

Use your common sense and your PIs like any other form of PE.

For the record I only use 3”hg and anything over 4”hg for even 5mins will cause red spots and edema neither of which are good.
You need to find your own level and stay healthy.

Yes I completely agree. I think lower pressure and longer sets are the best way to go. I personally get the best expansion and best PI’s using 6-7 hg for 20 minutes. More pressure or time is uncomfortable for me. I also noticed way less edema going limp instead of keeping the erection in there. At 5-7 hg, the unit will still be almost at the biggest state anyway so expansion should be taking place. Well, let time tell if my routine and consistency gives gains.

I’m almost thinking the wat you are TenInchGoal. That I don’t care anymore to keep the erection at an specific % or inch/cm in the tube. Most of the times when I pump I go in flaccid and I have noticed after doin my 30 minutes I get the same expansion anyway.. but I water pumping at moderate pressure and don’t hassle with pressure under my session.. just keep the pressure what feels comfortable for me.. So far so good!

Keep us updated, and good luck T.I.G

I’ve been incorporating water pumping for the last couple of weeks with some great results. Mid girth up by 1/4” but not yet cemented but love how it looks in the mirror! Anyways, what cylinder is everyone using? I like water pumping and all but my quick connection springs are rusting and will need to be replaced @ nearly $16 a pop! Anyone using a truly water proof connector?

I tried a little water pumping today. No way was I ever going to pay for a bathmate, but I disconnected my vacuum pump and gauge and sucked.

I’ve read this thread and for now have followed sparkyx’s initial advice about estimating pressure (staying under 1/4” - 1/2” BPEL), but I see he reported no real gains from that. So, generally speaking, is it safe to apply enough vacuum to get to your maximum BPEL? Is this for going in flaccid, semi or hard?

I realise many people have their own cutoff at which PI’s drop, and it probably is best to get people to experiment slowly themselves, but I’d like to know how much others are pumping, using length in water pump vs BPEL as a guide. I’ll look into getting a brake bleeder kit so I can use the overflow cup, but in the meantime if anyone could chime in, that’d be ace.

Also, in terms of pain, can any experienced users comment on if it’s okay to feel a bit of an ache?

The length (and girth) that I get in the usual amount of vacuum exceeds my normal BPEL (and EG).

In regards to the feeling I never get any pain, not even an ache. You might need to get used to it first though, the vacuum is spread all over the covered area.
