Harbor freight brass brake bleeder hand pump. Cheap, but not stainless, has a gauge and will not break. Mine has not rusted and I’ve switched between water pumping and straight air pumping. I’m sure some moisture has gotten inside the pump itself, but its still working fine. I see no signs of rust.

Not much info on it and it seems way too big (will just painfully suck in the balls too)! But thanks for the advice.

Are you asking about the hand pump or tube? Any hand pump will suck a nut into the tube if not properly sized. If the tube is to big a nut will get sucked in no matter what hand pump you use. Hope this helps and let us know what you end up ordering. I always like looking at new pumping equipment for ideas.

Any homemade water pump in here with gauge ? With pictures if possible.

I’d like to trade my Bathmate X40 for a regular Lapdist or similar pump if anyone is interested. The X40 sizing was too wide for me and I just don’t like to use it like most people do. I can send first, just shoot me a PM and tell me what you’ve got. If I cannot find anyone who wants to trade, I will donate it to someone who needs it and cannot spend the money to buy a new one.

(I have only used the X40 a couple of times in the tub, its almost brand new).

Mine is similar to vacuum brake bleeding kit.

Hey guys. It has been a long time since I’ve been able to PE and I’m really interested in getting back into it. Glad to see all the advances in PE-science and tested methodologies being posted! I too am interested in water-pumping in the hopes for (of course) better gains, both length and width wise in a safer manner. The only thing I’m having is a little trouble figuring out the logistics if water pumping is viable with the hardware I have at current - maybe there is something to make it easier?

Right now, I have the Lapdist “deluxe” (w/gauge) pump, along with an older Lapdist cylinder (circular). Now, it is my understanding that the Lapdist Deluxe Pump should not be used with water? Is that correct? However, I can remove the hose from the pump itself and simply have a length of hose that is completely open on one end, and has a male connector on the other. Last night, I tried the following. I filled the cylinder up with water, worked up a 50%+ erection or so, and slid into the tube displacing water and trying to get a good seal. However, I would have no suction (and the female connector on the tube was closed by default etc.). As soon as I inserted the male connector from the hose, water started flowing out of the tube and into the hose (due to gravity and the line being “open”). So I brought the open end of the tube to my mouth, and applied some suction, spitting out the water as I went. After quite a few false starts and some lost tubes of water/refills etc.. I was able to apply suction and then quickly “close” the female valve on the cylinder to keep it there - if ever the tube/male connector was fully connected, I’d of course lose pressure, but I couldn’t gain pressure through suction without it, either. Thus, things sort of became a balancing race.

I figure there has to be an easier way to handle this! Is there some type of pump I should use? Some sort of valve I can put at the other (currently open) end of the hose perhaps? Anything to make this easier and better? Should it turn out that you can use a LAPdist Deluxe pump to pump out water the same way you do with air, then that would make things a LOT easier, but I wouldn’t want to potentially ruin my pump. I’ve seen some conflicting reports if the Lapdist Deluxe can be used with water successfully or not.

I rather liked the idea of the Bathmate Xtreme, but the price is simply astronomical. I have one of the earlier Bathmate models and I find it difficult to keep sealed and stand up in the shower etc.. Now, the Xtreme kit with the shower harness etc.. Would be nice and all, but for something that seems to sell well over $250? That seems a bit expensive (though, if anyone had a Bathmate Xtreme Kit they’d be willing to sell for wholesale prices etc.. Please send a PM!) Finally, does anyone have experience with the LAPDist “elliptical” cylinders for water (and air) pumping? Are you getting better gains both in terms of length and girth than a circular one, or is it otherwise easier on your body? If they’re an improvement, I’m considering one of the elliptical ones and possibly that silicone comfort doughnut the offer. Any ideas? Thanks again everyone - its nice to be back!

If you already have a Bathmate you should be fine with it. Have you tried it sitting or in a bath? Sometimes hair can also disrupt the seal. I find it almost impossible to use while standing. (Besides how would the Xtreme be easier standing? It has the tube and the hand pump with it on top of all the other stuff.)

It works better when sitting, but I really don’t have the time/energy to sit in the bath on a frequent basis (including cleaning the tub after every use.). The Xtreme seems have a completely new mechanism compared to the Hercules (ie the new one on the X30) plus the additional pressure of the hand ball water pump. It also includes the Shower Strap which looks like it keeps the thing parallel to the floor by hoisting the weight of the tube. The Shower Strap is sold separately, so I’ve thought about that as well. I wanted to be able to use the Bathmate as another “get in some PE time when I wouldn’t normally be able to devote time to PE” feature, but it seems that the current design just doesn’t work that great in the shower. If it was half the price, I’d consider it. However, if I could simply water-pump while I was in the shower using my existing lap-dist cylinder (and possible the LAP Deluxe pump if I can get a hard answer if it is viable for water pumping or not) that would be fine too, assuming the seal would stick.

The Xtreme comes with all the friggin’ accessories they have (including a shower strap), that’s partially why it’s so damn expensive. (I guess they want to empty their stock along with the Xtreme so they won’t sell it alone)

But honestly, I think the normal pump should work just fine, I don’t even have a bathtub I just use it while sitting on a wooden chair.

All you need to water pump with your current set up is an inline fluid jar the type that comes with pumps for bleeding brakes.
Mityvac make one that costs a few dollars or with a couple of connectors you can make one from any airtight container.

Ah, do you mean this sort of thing? http://www.amaz … /dp/B002YKBAXK/ Would it catch enough liquid?

Would I need additional connectors, tubing or anything? How would I set it up? I just have my Lapdist Deluxe pump w/hose (1 male connector, one completely open end that goes around the pump itself) and my cylinders which have the female connectors as normal. Judging from the look of it, I’m thinking I may need at least a few more connectors of the kind that usually come with pumps and the like. Do you have any idea what they are called (the male and female type etc.) so that perhaps I could purchase them on Amazon rather than have to order from a specialty pump vendor? This is what I’m talking about (male) Male Coupler | LA Pump - (female) Female Coupler | LA Pump .

Thanks!

Yeah that’s the fluid jar although there is a smaller one that usually comes with the pumps.
You don’t need extra connectors the hose is just a push fit onto the fluid jar, the only thing you might need is extra hose.

Water pumping all day everyday. Well maybe not all day but 30 mins a day everyday.

I cant remember the last time I airpumped.

The great thing with water pumping is the hot water and warms up my member at the same time as getting a pump on.

Two birds…one Stone!
