What other exercises do you perform in tandem with pumping except for jelqs?
Hey guys, happy new year!
I hope you guys are enjoying your pumping routine these days and are ready to commit yourself for a year of AMAZING gains!
I`ve been doing pumping/jelqing just as avocet8 excellently advices in his 101 pumping thread for some time now. This have given me some good gains(mostly base), but I`m getting a little tired of the jelqing I have to admit. Yeah, I know, it`s not supposed to be fun all the time:-)
Anyway, most guys seem to be doing the pump/jelq combo but has anyone had success with other routines and girth exercises in addition to their pumping? I`m very curious about adding Horse440 Squeeses and perhaps Uli`s as well. Do you have any suggestions or experiences?
