What would you change about your pump?

I’m a big do-it-yourselfer when it comes to PE devices. I have tinkered with small projects here and there but I could use some feedback from fellow PE’ers about what you like or dislike about your pumps and what you would most like to change.

I have a few ideas already,

*A harness or cage system to keep the pump flush to the body.
*LCD digital display that Velcro attacks to the pump
*A silent vibrator alarm for night time stealth use
*Silencer that attaches to the pump that air passes a seties of baffles
and diffuses air pressure in a wider range at a much lower pressure.
*LED built into pump gauge for easy display
*water trap and moisture filter that attaches to the pump handle
instead of swinging around on a tube.

Really?!

Nobody here has anything they would like to change or improve on their pumps or cylinders?

The problem with the question is you first have to figure out what creates the best gains, then DON’T change that. There are guys that have gotten fancy computer driven vacuum pump that have infinite variability to program in any perimeters…but I NEVER hear these guys talking about the great gains.

It may turn out that just a simple set up and simple routine works best, in which case you just want a tube that is comfortable and doesn’t leak vacuum, and a pump that works well and has an accurate gauge.

NOW if you are talking about using the pump as a masturbation device, well now you would get some responses! Make it look like Pam Anderson, line it with Fleshlight material, hook it up to Virtual Graphic Image Goggles and have imbedded signals to coordinate with your favorite porn star…not that I’ve thought about it! ;)

OMG did you even read my first post at all?! It wasn’t that long so I know you skipped over it to give your advice where not needed.

I am not talking about routines at all. I am asking what are some of the things people would like to change about their MECHANICAL DEVICES.

WHAT WOULD YOU PUMPERS LIKE TO CHANGE?

OK - here are a couple of suggestions:

Provide a source for inexpensive and accurate vacuum gauges for the lower range (I.e. 0-10” Hg) that fit the commonly used (Harbor Freight) pump.

Design a do it yourself project that will adapt the (Harbor Freight) brake bleeder pump to foot use - thus freeing both hands - preserving both pumping and release functions.

I was using my pump last night and wishing the gauge would only go to 10” hg with cutoff after that.

Yes, I read it, and my point was that what is important in the FEATURES AND COMFORT, was based on what was needed for effectiveness. Maybe if you had bothered to read MY post, you would have understood what I was saying.

Yeah, I was a little pissed you posted and completely missed the question at hand but I do appreciate the effort made.

This thread is intended to get PUMPERS TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX and imagine what they would like in their pump equipment. Say you want a flying steampunk hand pump or something. Be creative people feel free to use your imaginations.

I, for one, am pretty unclear how that should be taken. I’ve always felt that courtesy is the glue that holds our forum together, it’d probably be a good idea for you to start practicing it.

I had thought about a vacuum head attachment that is on a set of rods at the end of the pump. Of course rubber greased seals are how the rods insert into the tube.

The vacuum head rods has threaded rod and spacer outside the tube. This way you can stretch the shaft while its under vacuum.

It was always my opinion that in my tubes, if I could get in there and grab the head and pull on it, maybe it may go .500” further in length expansion - which could be benefitial.

I also like the programmible computerized pumps. I wish the vacuum change cycling time was lower, like 1/5 of a second or better. This way it could be a vibrational vacuum effect.

I’d love a pump that was expandable/collapsable so that I could hide it stealth easier.

So you want a head cylinder attachment on the end of maybe a pneumatic piston?
Not a bad idea. What kind of safety features would you have to prevent skin from being sucked in or pinched?

I have thought about building a computerized pump with a USB attachment out of an adrino and some spare parts. My end mission in mind would be a machine that can jelq for you but idk if it would be worth the cost to sell (juice not worth the squeeze).

You say you want a pump program that will suck and pump briefly or “pulse”?
Hell that sounds awesome.

I have seen something like this in a sex shop before but it looks like a total piece of crap.
It looked something like a collapsable black traveler’s cup.

I’m trying now to figure what the best way something like this would work while keeping it’s seal for hours.
I guess if each section was slightly smaller at the opening and lined with a rubber seal and catch but it would be a cone shape like a toy light saber.

If you split the cylinder down the sides length wise you could hide the pieces on your person pressed against your body, but to would have to have more seals which means more potential leaks and barrel rings to keep the circular shape tight.

What it you could somehow make a cylinder that is made of a top and a bunch of screw on rings to lengthen the cylinder. You may be able to get away with hiding clear rings in bottles or something. Them you could have screw on inserts with different textures and shapes.

My last thought on this is to keep the cylinder in it’s complete shape (simple and effective) and make something to conseal it in like a bottle. A shampoo or water bottle cover! That way you can take it straight to the shower in view of open public. The hose and pump however you might have to conseal inside a towel.

No, my vacuum head attachment would be a vacuum head just like on the monkeybar product, on the static stretcher and others.

This head would be so that the unit could get a length “stretch” while in the cyllinder and under vacuum. The cyllinder would have to be larger to allow this.

Of course, the glans portion would not be subject to the vacuum in the cyllinder.

So you’re talking about a pump only long enough for the shaft.

I suppose you could make a telescoping cylinder with a smaller “head only cylinder” that fits snugly inside with a larger cylinder with an extender attachment on the outside to pull more on the head cylinder. I supper this is what you’re talking about.

I have wanted to see a telescoping cylinder with an inflatable donut ring on the inside so you could pull on one end and jelq/pump at the same time.
