Which one warmup exercise is best before pumping?

In other words, if you had to pick ONE best exercise to warmup with before pumping, which would it be?

I stretch


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I preheat my oven to the lowest setting, about 140 F, and put the cylinder in on the middle rack for 2 minutes just before pumping. Also wrap the tube in a heat pad while pumping.

Always step the pressure up slowly. I start at 3inhg for a minute or two and step up to 5inhg.

I like to enter the cylinder erect or at least with a semi. I think edging for a few minutes is also a way to warm up for pumping and previously mentioned stretching is always a good idea.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I jelq before pumping. I found that I get better expansion even in erect pumping if I jelq first.

For those of you who prefer stretching, are S2S’s (side to side’s) acceptable?

Dude you are over thinking this. You do not have to do anything before pumping. Pumping needs no “warm up” exercise. Adding heat or stretching before going in the tube just allows your penis to get to size a little quicker. Many times I have gone in cold and had good session.

Three weeks in to a regiment approach. I like the microwave wet wash rag about 15-20 sec. Seems to be close to right temperature by time I get to bathroom/ PE gym. It’s holds heat for about 3 min. Warmup then move onto stretches next advance to dry jelqing. If I have time some pumping mild pump hold release repeat if I have time. I kegel on drive to work. Don’t do warm down with am session.

Sometimes I Shower or a hot wet face cloth.

Heat pad around the cylinder to warm it up and then throughout the session. Nothing fancy just a normal electric one.

About 10 minutes of warm up in a hot rice sock thing, then about 3 minutes of stretching, then 300-400 jelqs, I make sure to get very hard a few times in between jelq sets, then I get hard and slide into the tube. When I don’t warm up I get red spots very fast and edema in half the time.


Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Spring 2018: bpel 7 1/4", bpfsl 7 5/8", erect girth 5 1/8"; Spring 2020: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth 5 3/8". Current - August 2023: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth mid shaft 5 1/4" (5 1/2" at base)
