I’m wondering about either working up to 3X20-30 minute sessions per week versus 9X10 minute sessions per week. Assuming all at 4hg, what does experience say about which way to go?

I do not know if there is a definitive answer to your question. I’ll share my opinion based on my experience and from what I’ve read. So this is an opinion based view, without firm science to support it.

In my opinion I think longer time in cylinder is better than multiple short sessions. I think the time in cylinder can be specific to each person, meaning 20 minutes (example) may be good for one person and too much (or not enough) for another. I further believe that you determine the appropriate length of time by watching your penis’ behavior. Once you start building edema, circulation concerns or other negative indicators, you’ve reached your best or most effective time in cylinder. Going longer has decreased benefit, but not zero.

Having said all that I also think short durations (5, 10 or 15 min) in the cylinder also have value. Referencing Avocet’s thread on pumping when you have ED, he recommends multiple short duration pump sessions (~1 min) to move new, fresh blood into the penis. That helps with ED but fresh blood circulating is good for penile health overall.

So for me I prefer longer pump sessions, but if my schedule doesnt allow it, I’ll take a short pump session with no hesitation. I think with experience you begin to develop a feel for what works best for you which then has to intersect with real life to find a PE program you can adhere to.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Longer time is better, but I make sure to quit before I get edema. If sex is on the menu I reduce time and leave a window for recovery time or reduce time and finish within 40-60 minutes sex.

I prefer higher pressure and higher time under pressure, that means sets of 40~60 minutes 5~10mmhg or 10~15mmhg.

Even with low pressure 5~6mmhg 2~3 sets of 40 minutes, I’ve managed to reach 16,8~17cm EG after. My point with longer sessions is to combine with clamping, wonderful. With that routine I’ve went from 14,5cm EG to 15,2cm EG in 3 months I think.

I made most of my gains by pumping twice a day for 20 minutes at 5 hg five times a week and once a week for 45 minutes at 4 hg, once a week.

I am doing 35-45 minutes on pump at 5hg and releasing pressure to 0 every 10 minutes. Sometimes I do pulse pumping like 1 min 5hg and then 15 seconds 0. Repeat it for 20 mins. I think do pulse pumping for first 20 mins session and then do 20 mins static pumping or vice versa. What do u think better?

Alternate the routines. Pulse pumping is good for erection quality and static pumping is good for girth gains

Today I tried a different way….warm up with totalman infrared pad for 6 minutes….stretch for 10 minutes….then few jelqs and enter in to the tube. First 5 mins pressure 4hg and then back to 0. Then again 5 minutes 5hg and back to 0. Next 10 minutes did pulse pumping 1 minute 5-6hg and then 15 seconds rest at 0 x 10 times. Then another 10 minutes static pumping 5hg. During the last 10 minutes I stand up and walk around. Noticed good length and girth after session. Any comments

I get more length gains with shorter pump sessions done after manual work and with more pressure than 5hg, less than 20hg.

I love the feeling of pumping for 30-60min with no breaks and it seems to work best for girth this way, at least in my case.

But I really like the shorter sets that give out more length, they’re more on point and less tiring than pumping for 30-60min is. I put more effort into pumping in longer sets because I mostly want more girth. If I take a break after 30min instead of going for longer than 30min, than when I come back in the tube I’ll have at least another 5min to recover size in-tube lost while resting for only a couple of min, so if I hold the tube for longer the expansion will be bigger.

I did a brief stint following a similar routine to Don Logan: low pressure and long duration with no break. Pressure hovered around 3-4 "Hg (75-100 mmHg), started at 30mins and built up to 1.5hours. Only did this for 2 weeks before I decided to focus on length alone.

After my length campaign I’ll be returning to this routine. Only thing I am thinking about is whether 3 "Hg is too low. I remember reading that internal pressure during an erection is 100 mmHg (4 "Hg).

It went through a few evolutions, but the major routines were: fulcrum hanging under IR, then extending under FIR.
