A Better Mindset

We’re currently in the wonky part of our move. As of now I’m in a hotel, which gives me quite a lot of free time, as well as space ironically. Extender is on and I’ll try again at work later. I’m at a weird state where I start with the extender at its base, and then add some rods (probably the wrong terminology) as I loosen up.

I got an hour in the extender yesterday. Fast forward to today and I’m jobless. I told my boss to go fluff herself in the nicest way possible. I may just clamp tonight and call it a night.

Decided to just edge tonight just to get some good blood flow back in there. When the EQs are good my unit is just shy of my phone with the case case, which is about 6.3 inches.

Thankfully I’m a remote college student with money saved up, so not having a job for awhile won’t kill me. Yeah, I got into a “feud” with my boss so to speak. I personally think I was setup, which sounds absurd, but hey everyone looks at things different. I clean the hell out of my job when I close every time. Hell I even had a friend stay with me and clean before I closed, yet somehow the next morning there was food spilled everywhere and stuff on the counters. I don’t by that BS, because it was spotless when I left. More time for PE, which I’ll never complain out.

Going to clamp three sets of 10 minutes before I go to bed or tonight.

Did one set and my EQs are extremely low so I’ll just draw the line here for tonight. May take a few days off of clamping to get them back up.

Did some jelqs in the shower last night. I didn’t think much of it, but as I tried to put on the extender this morning my unit was back up in its EQs. Maybe I just need to incorporate some blood flow in these routines. I will extend after a workout and 2 mile run. Clamping is a to be determined.

Found two smaller pieces for the extender which made life a lot easier. Extended at a third tension for an hour (not sure about the length unfortunately). I did do some more jelqs and hopped into clamping again today. The same three by ten per usual. I think I’m addicted man. I love the way clamping makes me feel.

Off day today. Back tomorrow!

Took one more day off to ensure my poor EQs were temporary. Thankfully, my unit is okay. I think clamping has its upside, but I’m still a tad bit uncomfortable with the fact that I can go limp like that. As for extending I’m kind of one foot in one foot out. The comfort strap is ironically not very comfortable. I’m looking for a vacuum head to insert onto the X4. Ali Express has plenty but it’s like a minimum of a four weeks to get anything. I’ll clamp tomorrow after I get my Covid vaccination. If I go missing the vaccine got me.

I got the vaccine, and I thought it would be smart to drink after. My body has been fighting a hangover plus COVID it feels like. Definitely feeling much better now so hopefully after some sleep tonight I’ll be back to 80 percent, which is easily good enough for PE.

Been kind of inconsistent the last few days. An hour extending here, some clamping there. I just ordered a cheap vacuum head extender that should be here in two weeks. I also got one of those vacuum head stretchers that comes with a pull-able string. I hope that one doesn’t take to long. I’ll clamp tonight and call it a day.

3 sets of 10 clamping with moderate EQs. Extended for about an hour and thirty this morning.

You can do it!!! I just know you can. Just remember “slow and steady” man. Keep doing it so that it will be your routine that you don’t want to break. Eventually you will see results that will make you even more excited.
