A Better Mindset
There’s a lot to celebrate on your birthday, especially when it’s your 18Th, but for me there’s been one thing that’s exited me more than the rest. I’ve come across PE on a multitude of websites and have even tried a few stints. Unfortunately none of which were very coordinated. I mean I essentially went at it with no plan whatsoever. That’s where it all changes. I leave for college Wednesday and amidst all the negative with Corona going around there is one positive. I no longer have a roommate, which will give more freedom than I’ve probably ever had at my own home. I’ve been reading a lot and I’ve come across what I think will be the best routine for me to start back up.

Really excited to start this journey with a solid routine, and even more so, a plan. Hell I even bought a guitar to help me stay consistent.
