A Better Mindset

There’s a lot to celebrate on your birthday, especially when it’s your 18Th, but for me there’s been one thing that’s exited me more than the rest. I’ve come across PE on a multitude of websites and have even tried a few stints. Unfortunately none of which were very coordinated. I mean I essentially went at it with no plan whatsoever. That’s where it all changes. I leave for college Wednesday and amidst all the negative with Corona going around there is one positive. I no longer have a roommate, which will give more freedom than I’ve probably ever had at my own home. I’ve been reading a lot and I’ve come across what I think will be the best routine for me to start back up.

Five minutes of very slow light intensity jelqing.

Really excited to start this journey with a solid routine, and even more so, a plan. Hell I even bought a guitar to help me stay consistent.

I surely hope so. I’d much rather fail early. And for sure there’s just way to much to learn on this website to not be doing your own research.

Measured today although I think I’ll refer to them as weigh ins:

BPEL 6.25
NBPEL 5.94 we’ll call it since I do tend to curve
Glands 11.6 cm (4.57 in)

I forgot arguably the most important of them all in the MFSL. I’ll definitely set a reminder to do that.

Thanks man I appreciate it! I wish I had it figured out. I’m all over the place right now, but thankfully there’s plenty more time to grow as a person. And yeah I’m seeing it. Information on top of information. What’s one thread you recommend?

Got in day one today after reading up a bit more. Just moved in yesterday as well, so I wanted to make sure I had everything in check before I started. I figure it’s better to start late than to be inconsistent once I did start. Went with the same approach I mentioned before:

1 minute stretch in all directions (5) x2
5 minutes of slow-intensity jelqing

Did all my stretching in a hot shower, so I guess I got my source of consistent heat figured out.

Back at it tomorrow then I’m off for Saturday.

Also to note my flacid is already noticeably softer and stretchier than normal. I’d like to believe that’s a positive PI already. The last few weeks I’ve been confused as to why I couldn’t keep a flaccid without a decent amount of blood down there. It felt like I was constantly at 30 percent of a full erection when it should be at zero. Maybe it’s because I cut off masturbation?

Got after it again the same way today. Did calisthenics in my room since no gyms seem to be open yet. Followed it up with a nice hot shower and some PE. My last two down left and down right stretches felt REALLY good. Probably the least stimulated I’ve been during this. I’m off tomorrow so I’ll read up some more and be back Sunday.

Sunday Funday! Continued with the routine.

1 minute 5 directions (straight out, down left, down right, straight down, up) x2
5 minutes of 3-5 second jelqs (trying to keep erection level under 30 percent)

Wasn’t as good of a stretch as I would like, but not every session will be where you want it. I did edge for about 15 minutes (after jelqing) just to get some blood flow. Classes start tomorrow so I’ll have to find time to get PE in. Also I have to take my BPFSL since I didn’t bone press on my original measurement.

First day of class. Although it was different from years past because of the online aspect, I’d still say I’m pretty excited. It really forced me to be strict this morning. Got up at 7, busted out a calisthenics workout until about 7:20, did PE in a hot shower, and began class by 8.

Had the water up hot today.. And I mean HOT. My skin was on fire and I had to constantly move to keep from burning myself. However, I’d say today has easily been the best day routine wise. Stretch felt great and my jelqs were very consistent. Pi’s look good (at least the ones I care about). Towards the end of my 9 AM I had one of, if not the best erections of all time. I feel like it’s starting to really click. Off tomorrow and then back at it for Wednesday. Deuces!

Hi! Are you using any lubricant for your jelqs in the hot shower? I worry about the risk of getting some dry skin down there. It’s not fun. As for a good thread, I’d recommend reading through the Linear Newbie Routine thread to get a good idea on how to progress your workouts and some good basic foundational PE knowledge. Also if you want to gain length, the following thread is the best!
