A Better Mindset

Took a while to get my flaccid, well, flaccid. That has got to be the only downside to good PI’s. That also reminds me, the new jelqing exercise has already proved to be a gamechanger. Not only does my unit seem to look as good as it did when I measured a few weeks ago, but my PI’s are there and my EQ is fantastic. Decided not to do the two a day yesterday, so I’ll bypass on my off day tomorrow since I’m conditioned well enough. Back at it on the first day of fall!

Another good session today. I’ve been wondering why my BPEL and NBPEL were so far apart considering I’m in really good shape and don’t have a fat pad. When I stretch, especially outward, the skin at the base of my penis pulls with the shaft. I’m very mindful about where I place my fingers for the V-grip and make sure I’m hitting the ligs, not just pulling the skin. I was wondering if anybody knew a good way to counteract this, or perhaps knew some skin stretches to combat this. When I take my pointer and middle finger and pull down the skin when I’m erect it exposes a ton of penis. I’m everywhere with my schedule right now because of that day I missed but I should be caught up now. Back tomorrow…I think?

Too two days off just to mix it up a bit. Ball stretching has definitely paid off; my sack looks fantastic. Not sure how much longer I’m going to stay with the current length part of my routine. I’m still very early into this stint of PE, but I have started looking towards hangers and extenders. I used to own a Bib Hanger but I think I’ll take a different route this time. I may try to put a captn’s wrench together we’ll see. Back tomorrow.

Been a few days…an update:

Last week was pretty hectic, two of my best friends’ birthdays, family in town, blah blah blah. I was already pretty rocky with my routine heading into this stretch doing things like 1 off 3 on. I figured it be best for me to just drop it, let my unit recover, and start up again Monday. Funny story, my buddy and I were walking Friday after a few drinks and of course penis size came into the conversation. He told me he was about five and a half in length and said he wished he had just a half and inch more. I bit my tongue knowing what I was about to say. Maybe next time I just bite the bullet and let him know about this little site named Thunder’sPlace. Anyways, back tomorrow new and improved!

After a long day of lifting, cardio, and even some jujitsu to finish off the evening, I finally got to some PE. Stretches felt good as I made sure I was at least an inch from the glands using my V-Grip. I tuck my palm over my “hook” if that makes any sense. The jelqs felt good as well. I purchased a heating pad but it honestly doesn’t feel that hot. I’ve never personally used one so I’m not sure how warm it’s supposed to get. This was supposed to be yesterday’s post so back at it later today!

Another solid day of exercise. All my life I’ve been encouraged to put on muscle for football, rugby, lacrosse, etc, but it feels good to know I can cut now. I’m really working hard to hopefully get down to 170 here soon. I’m currently at 181 down from about 186-190. I have a perfectionist mindset to an unhealthy degree so I need to change my outlook on my body, specifically my penis. Both of which are healthy and looking good. For PE, the first set I completed in the shower, then transitioned to my room. Did set two before using the heating pad prior to set three. Following that, I did the arm and shoot jelqs which as always, give my unit that extra umph! I haven’t measured but I highly doubt I’ve gained this month. It’s time to switch up the routine I’m just not sure where to go next. Off tomorrow back Thursday!

Stretches not bad. Jelqs not bad. EQ? Awful. It’ll be fine tomorrow. I’m going to buy a corkscrew off of stealthmens.com. I’m also going to have to start hanging soon because I’m not getting anything out of stretching anymore, except for more skin. Back tomorrow.

Sorry I’ve been doing these sessions quite late in the day so I don’t have time to get the post out. Heating pad from what I can tell is a definite yes as far as an alternative option. I’m adding some more length focused exercises tomorrow since I don’t feel like I’m getting much intensity out of these right now. Back manana.

Currently putting supplies together for the Captain’s Wrench so no workout today.

A lot has happened: came home from college for sometime, saw some friends, picked up a side hustle. Life at home is operating at full capacity right now and I needed it for sure. Covid College this year has made me feel all but purposeful and thankfully I got to come home for my sister’s birthday. I’ve just been trying to keep myself busy and my God it feels great. EQs have been extremely low so I hopped back on my PE wave today. I still need longer Velcro tape so the hanger will have to wait a few more days. I went ahead and just did different stretches in the hot tub. I figured anything I’d do would be useful at this point. I can’t tell if I’ve lost my gains but I’m sure I’ll get back relatively quick if I did.

Yet another update…

Mom’s birthday is tomorrow, starting a new job next week, and still trying to find out if on campus next semester is the right decision. Lots of stuff going on and PE unfortunately hasn’t been apart of it. I ordered a hanger as well as a stretcher and tomorrow will be the fifth business day, so I’m hoping (at this point praying) it comes in tomorrow. I’m extremely eager to get back into my groove and get PE’ing again. Back soon!

Package is now being forwarded to my address. Lord knows how long it’ll take to get here. Happy Halloween!

Got some jelqs in to improve EQs. Still awaiting the package unfortunately.
