Thanks yam I appreciate it! Trust me I’ve had my bad runs with PE, so I figured I really need to dial back in on this go round. And no I haven’t read it, I’ll check that our right now actually. Have a good one!

Quick off-day update: I came today, but I wasn’t going another day without getting a nut off. I was going to lose my damn mind. Also has anybody tried the ball ringer? Looking to get one sooner rather than later, but I don’t think my university is allowing personal shipments to the P.O. Box.

Solid stretch today in my opinion. The first down left felt really good. If I could replicate that I would be on top of the world. When I got to my room, I sat down to begin my jelqs. Out of curiosity, I pulled as if I were doing a stretch. My skin is way more elastic when I get out vs when I try to stretch in the shower. I’m starting to think that’s what my man downwardcurve was talking about. I’m considering a shower as maybe a warm up now as opposed to my stretching location. Of course if I do that I’m going to have to find a heating pad or start using a rice sock. I think I’ll just thug it out tomorrow in the shower and then look to make an adjustment Sunday. I also dropped the ACE bandage for a scrunchie. I fold it in the shape of an eight and wrap one circle around the testicles and the other around my penis. My turkey neck is messing it up severely, but until I can get my hands on a cock ring what am I going to do about it :( Back at it tomorrow.

I don’t know if it’s because I got off twice yesterday (for reasons we won’t discuss), or if it’s because I’m absolutely drained right now. Our campus has been leaving the football practice facilities open and man it just makes you wish you still played. Take me back to sophomore year… I’d say squatting 405 and making varsity at 15 isn’t too bad. I wish I could bash my past self on the head for quitting after that season. I ran routes with a guy I met not too long ago who plans on trying out for the team. Man it’s like I haven’t lost a step. Maybe I need to drop club rugby and get back on the gridiron. All that aside, I really think getting out there brought my stress down. That’s probably one of the main reasons I couldn’t string together good sessions earlier this week. Stretches felt amazing today and there wasn’t much engorgement at all. I’m in a little bit of a predicament now though. Do I still attempt to change my source of heat or do I stick with it after a solid session today? I’ll have to figure it out tomorrow. Currently kicking it with my scruchie wrapped in the figure eight. Great way to close out this week. A lot of ranting up there, sorry. Then again, this thread is called “A Better Mindset” not just “A Better Penis” although I won’t complain about one. Back at it Monday.

Pretty unproductive day led to a later PE session, still good nevertheless. Mixed in JAI’s throughout to remain static. My best stretch is definitely straight out followed by down left/right. I’m considering getting rid of down and up as they aren’t seeming to do too much for me. Edged for about 5 minutes after the jelqs and now I have the scrunchie on. I don’t think I’ve turtled since I’ve started wearing this. Back tomorrow.

Changed up the routine. I hadn’t really been feeling the “soreness” so to speak until today. Instead of the three-second holds, I did random bursts. I’d count upwards towards sixty in my head while doing holds anywhere from 1-3 seconds. My unit hung much better following these and I felt my ligs tiring out. Solid jelqs yet again and I may consider going longer than five minutes. Finished by edging with no PONR and currently have my figure eight srunchie on to hold in the blood and prevent turtling. If there was a day where I knew I was going to gain, today would be that day. Back at it Thursday.

Stretches felt really good again today, which makes me happy that I made the switch to this routine. The constant feeling of my ligs holding on for dear life when I let go of the kegel feels amazing. I may measure here coming up on my one month “anniversary” of PE. Also I began ball stretching today. I went to Lowe’s as well as another DIY store to purchase sets of stainless steal o rings. I’m currently using four 1 1/2 rings and three 1 5/8 rings. I put a cut sock over it to make sure my package stays warm which should prevent turtling of the penis and shrinkage of the scrotum. I plan on wearing these as much as I can throughout the week once I’m positive they won’t go falling out. For that though I’m going to need to find a collar the hold them all in place. Back at it tomorrow.

Correction it’s actually four rings for both.

Another solid days of work. Flaccid reached an impressive 4.5 inches after stretching in the shower. I measured it to one of my soap bottles. I really wish my flaccid always hung like that. Wore my o rings for about seven hours today and after I edge I’m throwing them right back on. I’m for sure going to measure after my first month (the 13Th) just to see if I need to change anything up. I don’t want to make speculations, but I would hope I’d be over 6 NBPEL. I don’t even know what to say. My unit has never looked so good. I shaved and have been wearing these rings on my scrotum, but other than that nothing has changed. I jelqed for an extra nine minutes yesterday but even that shouldn’t have my package looking this good. By no means am I where I want to be, but man I haven’t had this kind of confidence in myself in a LONG time. Couldn’t be any happier right now! Thank you guys and again enjoy your weekend!

Heard some drunk guy singing that last night and now it’s stuck in my head. I couldn’t get my flaccid down for the life of me in the shower today, so I transitioned to my room. I used a hot rag to keep the heat and continued with the stretches. I love JAI’s. You can see your penis extending when you let go of the kegel which is very reassuring to me. I kept the rings on practically all day yesterday. I walked two miles to a kickback, hung out, and then the two back with no issues whatsoever. I can’t say I see them hanging lower yet but it does expose more of my penis, holds in blood, and eliminates my turkey neck. I’m going to wear them as frequently as possible as me and one of my friends are getting very, very active with females now (and oh my goodness I wish you guys could see the girl he got with the other night good Lord). I want to make sure my package is at its best sooner rather than later. Back at it tomorrow.

Penis aesthetics are awesome with PE. That was a surprise for me with PE: it looks tougher and badder, all vein-y and gnarly. Sort of scary-looking.

I used to hate my veins but now it seems to be the opposite. Lovin’ it!

Another solid performance from the unit. The boys really came to play today. Even with some blood in there (which is a direct result of the rings) my stretch was another good one. I may need to practice kegels throughout the day because that late second/early third set is where it gets tough to pull back against the grain. Regardless (and I can’t say enough) how much I enjoy JAI’s because of the look of my flaccid, when I finish a stretch. It’s like there’s finally some meat there to fill in all that skin. Jelqs have never been a problem and today was no exception. I’m going to definitely be able to add another ring coming up this week. I’ll head back to Lowe’s’ on Thursday to get a few more 1 1/2 diameter rings to accommodate the extra skin. Lastly, the angle of your penis is something I see plenty of members saying NOT to change. I understand exactly why, but I’m shocked more people don’t do it for aesthetic reasons. On top of that its not like you won’t be able to hit all your girls spots; all you’d have to do is change your hip level to conform to him/her. I may look into it but I’d love to hear you guys’ opinions. Back at it Wednesday!

Added to two 1 5/8 rings, which puts me a total of 4 1 1/2 rings and 6 1 5/8 rings (not as thick).
