Been reading up and I may have had the wrong image in my head. I believe I’m actually preforming DLD blasters as my primary stretch. I pull my penis out at 9 o’clock (straight out), kegel for three seconds, then release. Whichever one it’s referred to as has definitely been my best stretch so far. My only thing is I’ve been letting go off the kegel, not doing a reverse one. I’ve got it noted and will incorporate it tomorrow.
