A Better Mindset

Been reading up and I may have had the wrong image in my head. I believe I’m actually preforming DLD blasters as my primary stretch. I pull my penis out at 9 o’clock (straight out), kegel for three seconds, then release. Whichever one it’s referred to as has definitely been my best stretch so far. My only thing is I’ve been letting go off the kegel, not doing a reverse one. I’ve got it noted and will incorporate it tomorrow.

You know when you can’t tell if somethings real or not so you keep looking at it?

5 minutes edging

Stretches felt muy bien yet again. I think I may start going a tad bit longer on that last set to really make the ligs work. I was at 71ish seconds while going straight out when my right side was politely asking me to stop. The off day was definitely needed and was very apparent seeing that I could stretch with no blood fill up. The ball stretching, new routine, and sexual tension gave me my best hard on off all time today and it wasn’t even close. I’ve got to run like right now, but I’ll update again later.

But yeah, like I was mentioning before… I got up to edge after finishing the jelqs and was in awe. I was sitting a chair and was like, “hmm don’t remember him looking this big before.” Then I stood up. “Wow.” After that, I laid on my back, “good God o’ mighty.” Lastly, I ran to the mirror to get a gaze and was just speechless. I know I had just finished jelqing, so of course, I would look a little vainer, but hot damn I was beyond surprised and how good I was looking. I feel like the primary reason I’m doing this is that I never had much confidence in myself in any facet of life, which is odd because I get on to everybody else about it. When you drop your draws, and the one thing that’s been playing a huge factor in that lack of confidence seemingly disappears, it just feels amazing. Today may have been the first day in my life where I thought I wouldn’t be embarrassed to show my penis off to the world. Like I’ve said many times, I’m FAR from hung, but I’m the type of person that notices when I put on the tiniest bit of face fat. I need this type of reassurance. Feelsgoodman. Back at it tomorrow.

Good work today all around. I’m extremely excited to see that my penis “upgrades” weren’t a fluke. My one month anniversary is the 13Th, but I may be getting right in the sack this weekend so I think I’ll measure tomorrow. I’ve definitely grown and I know because I measure indirectly (comparing to my fingers, phone, etc). I am not sure; however, if I’m going to take pictures or not, so we’ll see. If not then I’ll be back at it on Saturday.

Awesome way to “stroke” the ego a bit. Good for you man. You are working hard for it and should enjoy how it looks, feels and works.

Minor weigh in today….

BPEL is now at 6.75 after approximately 20 days of hands on PE. That would be a 0.5 inch gain from August 13th although some of that may be increased EQ. NBPEL is also over 6 now, but I’m not as worried about that. The same goes for girth as I didn’t even bother measuring. Really excited but I’m far from satisfied, so with that I’ll be back in action tomorrow.

Significant gains in such a short time, man—awesome!

Why on earth my penis wants to operate like he’s sex-deprived on the days I’m doing my routine. Then, days like yesterday when I bring somebody back to the room he wants to opt-out of his contractual agreement. Decent today, not great though as the kegels became exhausting down the stretch. Other than that, not a bad day overall. No edging tonight in hopes that I get back in the sack again. I love sex don’t get me wrong but I really hate getting off on my “on” days. Lastly, I need to look into some skin stretching techniques to expose some of that BP penis. Should be all for today and with that I’ll be back at it tomorrow.

EQ’s have been insane but at the same time, today was a bad stretch. It’s definitely getting more difficult for me to reverse kegel on that stretch. I’ll make sure I have music off and pick a time where no one is in the shower to get that focus back. If it continues to get tougher I’ll have to add sets or modify the routine. I don’t want to go overboard and toughen up the skin, so sticking with this routine intensity through this month and hopefully, the one after that would be ideal. Back at it Tuesday.

No music, no distractions, no nothing. Got a good stretch in today. My right side has been feeling it heavy. I’ve been wearing my o rings kind of inconsistently, so I need to hunker down on that. Once again, I need to start looking into future options because my body will adapt to this routine eventually. Thankfully (and I mean thankfully) this girl I was messing around with finally got the boot today, so I can stop stressing and focus on PE like I was before. Back at it tomorrow.

Extension of that last post…Porn is done. I have got off the last three days with it. It feels like I can get my rocks off without even being fully erect. Probably gonna cut out edging for the time being as well.

Once again no distractions which lead to a great stretch. Jelqs were good as well, although I may switch those up for something a tad more intense girth wise. I did edge today against my own will. No porn and a ton of self control kept me from going over the edge again. Need to start looking for some heating pads here soon because two a days are seeming inevitable at this point. Back at it Friday!

Had a lot on my plate yesterday so I, unfortunately, couldn’t get to my routine. I figured I’ll hit two sessions today to make up for it. Stretching was good today although I’m starting to feel like I need something more strenuous. Introduced Arm and Shoot Jelqs into my routine as well. Big thanks to PE_is_an_Art! I need to stop focusing so much on length and make sure I’m trying to improve my volume as a whole. Back with another one later tonight!
