A Better Mindset

Planned on going three days on with two days off, but didn’t have too much time on my hands. I have been wearing the sleeve extensively, but I need to get back to my length routine for sure. I have a dead period tonight where I’ll just be watching my sister, so I’ll get some hanging in then.

Keeping it positive.

10 am: Manual Stretches (predominantly straight out) in the shower for about 20 minutes

8 pm: Manual Stretches (predominantly straight out) in the hot tub for about 25 minutes

9:30 pm: Hanging with corkscrew (straight down) for 40 minutes with heating pad

Another good day of stretching…

1 hour of manual stretching (predominantly straight out, out left/right)
40 minutes of hanging with corkscrew (2.5lbs or more)
1 hour of edging

I saw this in alexsub0’s thread the other day. “There is this ‘theory’, and I put the quote marks because it is more of an observation than a theory, that everyone has a limited amount of time available where he can put his penis on a challenge, so the time you spend edging could maybe be better off spent stretching.” That has really stuck with me. It’s like anything in life. You could mess around and have fun or work hard and reap the benefits later. I’m putting more emphasis on longer sessions. Edging is nice, but to get where I want I’ve got to do the “dirty work” although PE is pretty damn enjoyable to me. More than likely back again tomorrow.

Edged last night and accidentally ejaculated. No big deal, I mean that’s my first time slipping up in a week and some change, so it isn’t the end of the world. I typically wake up the following morning with an enlarged flaccid, which I did. That usually means my erections are pretty spot on, which wasn’t the case. I did a lot more stretching than normal yesterday, but I NEVER get sore from stretching. If I had to guess it was the hanging with the corkscrew. In order to keep it on snug I have to tighten it accordingly. That inevitably traps in more blood than there probably should be. The first 20 minutes was fine, but I’d say around minute 24 I had to readjust and that’s when the discomfort started. The main thing I notice is that I have to hang further up the shaft in order to have a better grip foundation. That’s most definitely the issue. So I either need to adjust to where I’m comfortable or go out and look for yet another hanger. In the meantime, I’ll be wearing my stealth sleeve to work, but straying away from any workouts today. At least until my EQ’s are back to normal.

Also one other thing I’ve noticed is my BPFSL hasn’t moved since I measured first semester.

One last note for today. I’ve been trying to go overboard on my routine the last few days. Pe_is_an_art is (if I’m not mistaken) the one that got my into JAI’s. That’s what had me on a good flow when I was up at university. Why should I stray away from that? Might simplify my routine up a tad bit.

I will be taking another off day today. My skin almost feels a little rubbery, as if I have some sort of fluid build up. I’m also going to leave the stealth sleeve off as well. Once my unit returns to a stretchy, softened flaccid state I’ll start back with light stretches.

I still think it’s a tad bit early to put myself under the “injured” title, but as of right now I’d definitely be questionable to play. I’m sure this will take some time, but I’ll give you all a more updated rundown. After hanging and the extensive stretching I took a step in the wrong direction. I am almost 100 percent positive this was due to my hanging. The corkscrew puts more or less what you would call an anaconda choke on the unit in order to stay on tight while hanging straight down. I typically do this in conjunction with my stealth sleeve that way it doesn’t tug on my skin. HUGE MISTAKE. I know circulation isn’t going to be peak during hanging, but I poorly misjudged how much strain I should be putting down there. I worked the next day and decided to wear my sleeve as always; however, this time I kept it on ALL day. I’d say that’s probably what made me feel like I had “fluid retention” since my skin didn’t feel the same. I ejaculated last night as well as this morning and my skin is all good.

I have two main concerns now:

a. I feel like there’s a thick cord within my flaccid now, at least one that feels much, much thicker than my normal flaccid
b. My erection length and erect girth look smaller, although I measured and they’re roughly the same

I’d like to hear you guys’ input on it. I think I’ll just continue to take some time off and feel it out. I’m not as concerned now since my measurements appear to be the same. I almost think my unit is trying to over correct all the downward force by bringing my erection angle straight upwards.

Took a little decon break after my scare. Got back into the game with about 10-15 minutes of straight out stretching. Happy to be back.

Been 1 on 1 off doing basic stretches like the ones in my last post. In fact I’m about to hop in and do some in the shower. Once again I’m trying to scale back masturbation.

Off day yesterday. Today I’ll be back on with light stretches. I need to find an article that explains if erection angle effects your stretch.

Got some straight out and fulcrum down stretches in the shower today. I also got some jelqs in for about 20-25 minutes after that. I think my unit took kindly to the increased EQ’s. Back tomorrow.

Another couple days. Been doing my brief routines in the shower. Started to do something along the line of a fulcrum over the wrist to a straight out JAI. From there, I’ll take that tension and slowly go straight down and kegel on the way back up to keep the tension. I’ll usually repeat these 5 to 10 times in the shower. It’s definitely not a lot, but that last incident scared me so I’m taking things a bit slow. I wonder if I could tack on some extra length by trying some girth routines. Off day tomorrow so back Friday after work.

The last couple of days I’ve stuck with the same light routine. Fulcrum, JAI ti straight them down, and back up. What’s crazy is how I haven’t really turtled the last couple of days and I have a bigger flaccid. It feels like girth wise we’re making improvements but length I can’t get anything going. Back tomorrow.
