A Better Mindset

Hanging for 20 minutes with 2.5lbs straight down.

Edging for 10 minutes.

Been a little lackadaisical with my formatting so let me fix it up:

20 minutes hanging with 2.5lbs in front of space heater
20 minutes of Jelqing
20 minutes edging

I feel the soreness towards the ladder half of the stretch; whether that’s skin or ligs I really couldn’t tell you. I’d assume mostly ligs since I’m manually pulling down. Also ordered a stealth men’s inner wear as well as a corkscrew, so I’ll give a review on those in the coming weeks. Off day tomorrow…no school, no work so I’ll peruse thunders tomorrow and see what’s I missed. Back on the 4th.

Flaccid showing good PI’s on the off day. I’ve also been keeping that rubber o ring on my shaft (right before the glands) to prevent shrinkage.

Below average day of hanging…

20 minutes hanging with 2.5lbs in front of space heater
20 minutes of Jelqing (or however long an episode of Fresh Prince is)
20 minutes edging

Hanging didn’t click as well as I hoped today. Slick hands (once again I’m holding my unit downwards in a J shape to keep the weight from slipping while also getting a pull) kept interfering. Overall, I just don’t think it was a great stretch. I plan on trying the stealth inner wear sleeve tonight.

Back tomorrow.

I don’t know how the hell I’m supposed to get my junk in this stealth menswear. I can barely get my fingers through just to grab the tip. When it comes time to pull I don’t have enough flexibility to spread my fingers wide enough to pull.

As for tonight I’m just hanging for 20 minutes with 2.5lbs, no jelqing.

My flaccid has noticeably hung lower and thicker following day two of hanging. As for the stealth, I was finally able to get it on. I have to roll up the end a little to get it to fully stay on, but it works. The more I went to use the bathroom, and the more I looked at it, the more I started to like it. Now, getting it on is still a pain in the butt, but I’m glad this item does what it’s supposed to do with seemingly no drawbacks. I started my second job in probably 3 months today, so I think I’ll just wear the sleeve and leave out the corkscrew until tomorrow. The last thing I want is unwanted attention because I have an uncontrollable bulge.

Good, solid hang in day one of two of this two-day series. The real story was the emergence of the stretch to the right. He showed out big time and provided a good strain upon the ligaments. This week has also been dominated by the stealth hanger who’s been getting major minutes down the stretch at the new workplace. Hopefully, tomorrow we’ll see those two in action again… Maybe I need to take up journalism as a minor. Anyways, back tomorrow!

Used the corkscrew to hang today…

Hanging with corkscrew (unsure of weight) for 20 minutes
Arm and shoot jelqs for 20 minutes

The sleeve finally covers my unit without having to be pulled back. I’d assume that means my skin has finally stretched enough to allow this. I also decided to hang with the corkscrew today. I’m unsure of the weight but I know it has to be 2.5lbs or heavier. It’s actually pretty nice seeing that I can control the tightness that way it stays on. I may have to continue to use this in the future.

My jelq routine could use a solid upgrade if anybody has any suggestions.

Once again I’m home for this second semester because of Covid. Getting a space heater upstairs inconspicuously is pretty damn challenging, so sometimes my cheap heating pad has to be the solution. Not a bad hang today. I’m still thinking that the corkscrew is going to have to be my answer when it comes to this. It seems to be the only method that truly works for me, even though it wasn’t meant this type of workout. Back tomorrow!

Had to wait to hang today, had some people over for the game…

Didn’t jelq today, I think I’ll get a light session in tomorrow. I’ve been wearing the Stealth Sleeve at my new job and I’m loving it. It’s very flexible and allows me to do anything from picking up boxes to working at the register. I will most definitely buy one before I go back on campus in the fall. As of right now my unit feels and looks a bit girthier, although I’m not sure what I’d attribute that to. No complaints on my end. Back Wednesday.

Couldn’t help myself and did a small session today. It was only some stretches in a hot tub and edging for about 30 minutes. I happened to measure out of curiosity and I’m over 6” NBPEL by a tad and right at if not slightly above 6.5 BPEL. I only measured mid shaft on the girth and I’m at 5.039 inches. I think since I restarted this thing back in August I’ve grown. My biggest issue with it all is the fact that I’m not sure what exactly has contributed to my gains. Was it the DLD/JAI’S, the stretching, the hanging, hell was it just the fact that I’ve been keeping my flaccid stretched? I want to build off one of those foundations but I’m not sure which direction to go. I’d like to think hanging is my way forward with manual stretching here and there, but I still haven’t found a hanger that truly works for me. I’ll sit down and figure it out tomorrow since neither of my jobs needs me. I’m really trying to make solid strides by call it August.
