I actually do my jelqs once I get back in my room using lotion or Vaseline. Thankfully no dry skin yet! Thanks for the links man I appreciate it. I use the V grip when it comes to manual stretches. If it weren’t for those there’s no way I’d be able to hold a stretch in the shower. I’ve tried the newbie routine a few times in years past with no luck. I’d accredit that to the fact that I didn’t have a routine set up. I was inconsistent, didn’t take the time to learn, and hell didn’t even consider using heat.
