After a year and 3 months, no results
Hello all! Great forum! Since this is my first post I’ll keep it short. I started PE in January of last year (2016) and have been pretty consistent with my routines. They are as follows
Starting out - 5 min stretch, 20 min jelq, Quick Extender Pro for 4-8 hours, bathmate 15-20 mins at night
Now - 10 min stretch, 20 min jelq, Quick Extender Pro 6-8 hours, bathmate 20-25 mins at night

I would really love to get gains the organic way and surgery just isn’t an option. There’s way too many conflicting stories and the risk is way too high in my opinion. Are there any others out there like me who aren’t seeing gains with their workouts or is there maybe some recommendations I could get from some of the senior members or other members that have had more success with their PE? I’m starting to feel pretty desperate over here! Haha
